I had made a payment of Rs 1350/- which was successful and the amount was debited from my account.Ajio said the payment was failed.its been 3days since I am contacting the customercare through phone and email.no response.

I have placed a order..money has been deducted from my account but order is not confirmed...I want my refund asap...please solve my problem

I put up an order worth INR 1786 and the money was successfully deducted from the bank account, But the order was not placed neither did the i get any notification from ajio.

Yesterday I ordered a product for 728 rs and amount was debited from my account but order doesn't placed.and then today as same product I got another debit from balance but payment was failed at same time I gave complaint message via email.I didn't get any result .

Hi, I recently tried to place an order on the app & made a payment of INR 2375 through Google Pay app. The amount has been deducted from my account but the order has not been placed. Need help to figure this out.

Today morning I had ordered a shirt from AJIO of ₹564. The money got deducted from my bank account once via transaction ID (T2108090638383332024499) but the order was not placed. Then again I placed the order later after 8 mins by paying ₹564 via transaction ID (T2108090646430346981894) .Again the money got deducted but order was not placed. Later I received only one refund of ₹564 via transaction id[protected]. What about my other refund as i paid twice for the same product?

I ordered and then cancelled after paying through UPI. But I haven't received the refund yet! I thought this was a trusted website! Please help, order number is FL[protected].

My complaint is associated with the company ajio. I had ordered Puma LQDCELL Hydra Lace Up sports shoes of worth ₹ 3939 from ajio on 10th July 2021 and received it on 16th July 2021. The order id is #FL[protected]. When I received the product it was found that the product which I had received was completely different from the product which I had ordered. The design, shape and colour was completely different to what I had ordered. As the product was not same so I requested for return, it asked me some of the details so I just filled it. After few days my return request was accepted and the product was successfully picked up from my place but after few days I received the mail that the product which I had returned is a non ajio product and the product will be returned to you. Firstly they have delivered us the wrong product and blaming us that the product I returned is the non ajio product. I paid the worth ₹3939 for the shoes and the shoes which I have received seems not to be more than ₹1000 . This was the first scam they did with me. After that on the portal it was showing that by 10th aug 2021 your order will be delivered to you but now today when I checked the portal it is showing that status delivered inspite of delivering it to me. This is the second scam ajio did with me. There is no use of mailing and calling them as call never gets answered and on mail they send the revert that sorry for replying late and explain the procedure to raise the ticket to complaint on portal. Raised the complaint on portal also but it always shows that the investigation is in process but don't reply to us with the results.So it is my humble request to you to kindly help me to get my money back which is struck with ajio. They firstly delivered the wrong product and now not even returning the wrong product as well. I don't need the product back but the money which I paid i.e. 3939. At the worth of ₹3930 they are giving such a bad quality wrong product to us and on returning it they claim that it's a non ajio product. After that non even returning the wrong product to us and showing the status delivered on the portal. Ajio is doing scam with its customers. Kindly help me I shall be highly obliged.

I Received The Product On 5th August Which Was Small In Size So I Requested For Return . The Delivery Person Came To Pick Up The Product Today But Refused To Pick Up The Product Because He Was Not Able To Match EAN Number. People at Customer Care told me to wait for 2 days and I have not got any response. And They Are Not Replying To My Emails As Well And Customer Care Executives Are Helpless.
