I had received a product which was smaller in size so Applied for exchange with next size..Today the Delivery guy scanned my Copy but it was not matching..He asked me to raise a complaint.

Please do the needful

    Amount debited but orders failed
    Tried calling customer care no response
    Mailed to ajio grievance no response
    Really very bad experience.Such a big company even not responding.

        Amount deducted but order not placed

        I had placed an order on August 10th for an amount of rs. 1672.76, I had made the payment through UPI ID, - Gpay. The amount was debited but the order has not been placed. Request you to take this with priority and help to resolve the issue...

        Incident Date - 9th Aug 2021
        Incident Place - Indore, Madhya Pradesh
        My returns were not accepted by the pick-up person today as brand name on fabric was not mentioned (tags were attached to the product) & status of those products are not updated yet in application for me to raise a return request again.
        Ajio customer care number was not accessible the whole day & they are not responding to my emails.
        Return ID numbers -
        Return ID : #RT42851131
        Return ID : #RT42837535
        In one Return Id, there are 6 products, & there is no product name mentioned in one product because of which all 6 items of that return ID were rejected by pick-up person.
        Same situation is with my other return ID.
        I don't understand this rule by Ajio & i am very disappointed as because of one product, all items of that return ID have got stuck with me plus cherry on the top, i am not able to see my order's updated status on Ajio.
        They still shows, "Out for delivery" where delivery/pick-up person has rejected to accept/pick the product.
        & this 'not updating the correct status' of orders on Ajio app is nothing new. Even after various feedbacks to Ajio customer care, they least bother to make any changes/upgrades in their systems.

        Expected solution - I want the status to be marked again as delivered so that i can raise a fresh return request again within 30 days timeline as before & mention proper reason this time while raising return request separately.

          Hi, I recently tried to place an order on the app & made a payment between 2k -3k twice for 2 different orders through Google Pay app. The amount has been deducted from my account but both the orders have not been placed. I have emailed multiple times & my refund has not been reflected in my account yet.
          After the second payment & updating my Gpay app & then UPI ID changed as my previous bank account had been merged into another bank.Need help to figure this out.

            Hello, I have ordered for 2535 rupees on 8th August and money deducted from my account and order is not placed. And also mail and call at service center but there is nit response, so please return money asap.

              I had placed an order of amount 1088.through credit card on 8th of aug 2021. The amount is deducted but no confirmation regarding the order in AJIO app. I have mailed twice regarding the same but there is no response from their end. Customer care number is also not responding.

                    I have order 3 tops but I have received only 2 tops on 27th july. Still I didn't receive 1 top on 31st july I got message from ajio that they are going to refund my money back if it is prepaid and i have already paid the amount for the 3 tops.but, still they didn't refund my money to my account.please kindly resolve my problem.

                    I have ordered a product on ajio app. Ajio itself cancelled one item but still didn't received refund yet and you people said your going to resolve it with 7-9 days but already 11 days over..

                      I have not received my refund for a jeans and a shirt and its been so many days trying to have a call with customer care personnels but nobody is picking my phone and i have also mailed my issue to the customer care couple of times but no response from their side.

                        I order 3 items from ajio for rs 3200+ n the amount got deducted from my credit card but the order is not showing in my orders section
                        Also my ajio points have been debited but no confirmation abt the order placement have been received

                        Even I faced same issue with my order

                                Yesterday I ordered a product for 728 rs and amount was debited from my account but order doesn't placed.and then today as same product I got another debit from balance but payment was failed at same time I gave complaint message via email.I didn't get any result .
