I returned the prpduct to the delivery boy on 23/07/2021, but in the ajio app it is showing that the product will be picked up from me on 02/08/2021 but i have given the product to the delivery boys on 23/07/2021.please solve this issue as soon as possible

I had ordered some dresses from ajio on 2nd August. Money debited from my account but order didn't placed. I also mailed the customer care but they only told me to wait for 48 hours again and again and didn't respond to my actual query.. from 5 days I mailed so many times but not getting any proper response from your side... Total amount debited was rs. 1287.63 kindly refund my money back to me...

I have placed an order worth 1298/- today. And I made an online paymnet, I received confirmation message which showed the amount of 1298/- has deducted. But unfortunately in the app it was showing some error has occurred so the payment was failed and order has cancelled but I didn't made any cancellations....
