Bad 😕 It seems that AJIO has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
I ordered from Ajio app on Aug 3 2021, it debited money but i am not able to find order details in the app and not received any confirmation via sms or email...
Ajio is showing offers in the app but when we book for a product they are not delivering as per the offer.
They are cheating the customer by fake offers.
In my case i got notification in ajio app as ' buy 1 get 2 free offer ', then according to their offer i have booked a product but they haven't delivered the product as per the offer.

Amount debited from my side but confirmation not received till now
I had ordered 4 items from Ajio on 2nd August 2021 at around 12 noon. The amount was debited from my account but confirmation has not been sent by Ajio. I haven't received any confirmation via email or as on the orders tab of my ajio account. I have tried emailing and calling the helpline center but I have received no response. Please do the needful immediately.

Iam faiz iqbal of kerala 679513(po) i have tried to purchase a crocs product through ajio and in the payment option i have selected upi and i have entered my upi and ajio was told me to go to the upi app and do the paymen and i went and paid for my purchase ₹1097 in 03/08/2021 at 08:00pm and the amount was debited from my bank account but the product order have no details in the app after the payment i got into ajio app and the app restarted and there were no information on succesfull order or anything in orders there was onlly my previous order iam so disappointed in this situation i really want refund i have mailed to ajio and there was onlly an automated reply

Not taking the product back. Neither returning the money

I had ordered a product from AJIO on 9th July 2021. Since there was size issue, I returned the product. But the company is neither taking back the product and not returning the money. They don't even reply to e-mails nor receive call. I belong from a lower middle class family. So i can't just waste 500/-. Kindly help me please. This company is really fraud. Money is debited but order not placed amount not credited back
Money has been debited thrice from my account on 1st August 2021. First I paid Rs.1324.98 through credit card, ajio showed transaction failed, but money was debited again I tried with gpay for Rs 1324.98 and 1345, again the transaction status was failed but money was debited.
Kindly credit back the funds to my account

Order Id- FL[protected] this order was cancelled from Ajio it was an prepaid order I'm trying to reach their customer service numbers but they won't pickup the calls i even waited for more than 30 mins for them to pick up but they didn't. They are also not reply to my email complaints i have tried mailing them several times but they are not return any of them.
I'm tired of this behaviour from Ajio i want my money back.

Hi, Today I made payment in AJIO using Gpay for amout of Rs. 1236.43. The payment was successful from my end and even money was deducted from the account, but the order was not completed from AJIO side, it showed some error. After checking my orders, I couldn't find my order!
