I requested a return pickup for the product the next day but got denied saying that the ean number didn't match. Even though the tags and the shipment bill was precise .
I want my products to be returned and my refund to be initiated .

Disgusting experience
I already returned my product yesterday to Ajio. But till now neither I got any picked up message nor my refund. It's still showing that they are unable to pick my order.. I have been trying the whole day to reach the customer care service but they are not responding. This is really very frustrating. My return id is RT42026388

I bought women pointed laser cut flat shoes camel brown with Order ID - FL[protected]
It was delivered on August 2nd . The size is larger than expected so I want to return the product.
But I can't place a return. When I try to open return window it says : Order details for this order can not be loaded . Please try again later. I tried so many times
I tried using the self care link shared, but it was of no help. Please make arrangements so that i can return this product to you. If I cannot return this product and receive a refund i have no other option than to refuse the orders which are already shipped. I am afraid that I will face similar problems with the new orders too.

I want to return one order on ajio since days…due to some error i am unable to do so
I made multiple complaints but still no resolution from the team

I raised complaint but no help.
Pathetic experience

Please help me get my refund
Never going to purchase anything from there

I have placed an order of ₹986.70 in ajio today through google play... The amount is deducted from my account but they are not confirming my order... It's showing that I have not ordered anything in my order history... It's my first time shopping on ajio and it has turned out really bad... I am very dissatisfied and worried about the money.. Please solve my problem either by confirming my order or by refunding

Order product on 30th June 2021 and they promised to deliver on 09 July but till now I haven't received the product.
I had sent a written complaint to [protected]@ajio.com and grievance.[protected]@ajio.com . They responded to my email that the product is returned back to the warehouse so for this case they have to refund my payment amount.

They said before 3rd August I will get my money back and today is the 4th August no email or response from them.

I kept on sending them emails and tagging them on Twitter and they were not replying so I decided to comment on every post they make on social media about what happened to me. Even though they did not reply to my emails or any other query. One day I got a message stating a refund amount is initiated. To get the money back you have to keep on sending them emails and raise a consumer complaint.

Ajio is showing offers in the app but when we book for a product they are not delivering as per the offer.
They are cheating the customer by fake offers.
In my case i got notification in ajio app as ' buy 1 get 2 free offer ', then according to their offer i have booked a product but they haven't delivered the product as per the offer.
They are cheating the customer by showing wrong fake offers in their app.

I had ordered 4 items from Ajio on 2nd August 2021 at around 12 noon. The amount was debited from my account but confirmation has not been sent by Ajio. I haven't received any confirmation via email or as on the orders tab of my ajio account. I have tried emailing and calling the helpline center but I have received no response. Please do the needful immediately.
