I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing/calling ajio customer care team about my refund. My complain no. COM[protected] and my return id Ex[protected]. I also emailed to Grievance Officer Mr. Hemant Bhatkar but no action taken by them. I talked to supervisor Mr. Shaheen, he gave me his word that in 24 hour you received money in your account, i emailed him my bank details and trust on their words but after 3 days of that i haven't received my money. They also closed my complain without giving me any resolution as i attached a picture. There is no value of customers time for AJIO. Please provide me a solution for this.

    I returned a product on 25th of June and yet I haven't received my money . They showed me that it would be initiated by 8th of July after that I complained for the date then they made it 7th of July and now there is not a single response from their costumer care service .

      I have not received the refund for GAS Caddie Slim Fit Cargo Shorts from my
      Order# FL[protected].

      Even though the return product was picked up on 30th June, 2021, you have not
      given my refund!

      Please have a look at the attached receipt from your pick up partner: Shadow
      Fox.

      This is my second email to you for this refund!

      Please put the amount in my ajio wallet immediately.

          While making payment for my order, the amount of Rs.917 got debited from my account however the order didn't get placed...

            Hello I placed an order 1/7/21 the payment has been done and deducted from my bank account but still I didn’t receive any confirmation message regarding my order nor it is appearing in “orders” section in the app

                  Hi,
                  I would like to complain regarding my debited amount of 1936.43 paid through Google pay on 3rd of july.
                  As the order wasn't confirmed by Ajio.
                  But payment remained to be successful
                  It's been more than 48hrs there are no signs of refund by AJIO

                        I got my order delivered on 30 june, as I did not like the product I requested for return. On 1st july my order got picked up by the delivery agent. Still the status on the app is showing its out for pickup and I haven't received my refund yet.

                          Amount of Rs-3045/- got debited from my account on 03/07/2021 for order which was not confirmed and also that order is not showing in my account I have already email you regarding this but I have not received any further information regarding this

                              I had placed an order on 2nd of July for 8 items worth Rs.1031. The amount got deducted from my account but neither the order status nor the confirmation message was received. And nothing is being shown on the orders list. I wrote an email the same day and it's 6th today I have got no reply from them what so ever. Either refund the amount I paid or update the order status. It's not about the money it's about the service it's not the first time I'm experiencing something like this from Jio. Resolve this issue As Soon As Possible, and honestly I hate your customer service.

                              Same happened with me... Money got deducted from my account but order is nt reflecting in my orders section. Order nt placed.

                              Please resolve this issue and add money to my account.

                                Item received without tag and now I cannot able to return it

                                Address: Flat no 107, 1st floor,gupta elegance, Bhagya nagar 4th line,ongole

                                I raised return request but delivery person didn't accept my return because it do not have tags but I received it without any tags
                                So I mailed they didn't gave any response and I also called to customer care even there no response
                                I think ajio have really worst and bad customer service...

                                I have placed a order yesterday but have to cancle that but now they r not refunding and on app there is not any message about my refund also they r not picking my phone order id is FLO[protected] plz help in this
