I ordered clothes from Ajio app on 2july2021 at 6.37pm IST, through my registered mobile number. The money was deducted from my account and order was placed successfully after using net banking of Kotak mahindra bank and order reflected. No message or email was shared or order was NOT REFLECTING IN MY ORDER SECTION OF AJIO APP LATER. I tried calling customer care with wait of 30minutes no one is picking up the call and no response on email id shared by ajio .. im not getting any response from their customer care. request you too take necessary action required asmy money 1266.30 is gone but no order reflecting and this issue is being faced by many ajio customers. Hope a strict action will be taken so that they can resolve customer complaints and not making them wait with no response
