I have done payment of 2034.35 on jul 2nd 2021.
But i havent received any order confirmation yet. And i dont see any order details also. Please refund my money or else confirm the order

    I placed an order in Ajio on 05/07/2021 and paid an amount of 1374 through credit card. My money got deducted but order is not confirmed. I can still those items in BAG. Tried reaching customer care through call but it's not connecting. They are not responding to mails.

    I need my money to be refunded or my order should be confirmed

    But I haven’t received any order confirmation or order ID

    Either go ahead with the order or please initiate the refund back to my account

            I have placed an order in Ajio which was failed and the amount debited from my account. I had to pay again to re order.
            I have emailed to the customer care. However still I haven't received the refund.

                  A total amount of 1074 got debited while no orders r shown in my orders page.
                  A display of failed transaction came, which is not visible now.
                  Either confirm the order or return my money.

                    Payment successful but not accepted in ajio app

                    I have been trying to purchase my first ever purchase on ajio app .. But product has gone out of Stock at the same time .my UPI app (google pay ) is showing successful transaction and saying the ajio merchant have received the money.
                    My transaction I'd[protected] to [protected]@paytm merchant.

                    Plz help me out and refund my money...

                    I placed an order for 2 items (apair of herls and a kurta)on 2/07/2021.My money got debited but I didn't receive any confirmation about my order till date and it is showing as no order placed in ajio app.Either refund my amount(Rs.1105) or send me the confirmation details. Please resolve asap!

                          I ordered a top from ajio and asked for refund as the quality was bad, the return person came but he said the EAN number on the tag of the top did not match the order, it was their fault of incorrect tagging. I want my refund and I did not want this top

                            I have placed an order worth Rs. 1066 on[protected] on AJIO APP and the amount debited from my bank account, but the order is not confirmed nor shown in "MY ORDERS". I have been trying to reach out to AJIO customer care several times but nothing worked. Please solve this issue or refund the money back.

                                      I ordered clothes from Ajio app on 2july2021 at 6.37pm IST, through my registered mobile number. The money was deducted from my account and order was placed successfully after using net banking of Kotak mahindra bank and order reflected. No message or email was shared or order was NOT REFLECTING IN MY ORDER SECTION OF AJIO APP LATER. I tried calling customer care with wait of 30minutes no one is picking up the call and no response on email id shared by ajio .. im not getting any response from their customer care. request you too take necessary action required asmy money 1266.30 is gone but no order reflecting and this issue is being faced by many ajio customers. Hope a strict action will be taken so that they can resolve customer complaints and not making them wait with no response
