Hello I placed on 1/07/21 the payment has been done and deducted from my bank account but still I didn’t receive any confirmation message regarding my order nor it is appearing in “orders” section in the app. They are not responding to any calls and emails.
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          I have placed the order on 4 july 2021. And payed the amount through UPI still there is no order confirmation neither on app nor on text or mail . And there’s no customer assistance to contact . I have mailed to customer care with screenshot of payment. I need my refund

              The company is into malpractice of sending wrong items and when we request for exchange or refund, it rejects the request on the ground that the product mismatch. Even doesn’t respond to emails and calls.

                  My amount was deducted twice but order wasn't placed. It was an only shirt. so, please issue my refund as soon as possible

                    Order not placed

                    I had ordered few items on ajio and paid the amount through google pay. But there is no update on orders in the app and my amount was already deducted. Also, I haven't received any confirmation regarding the order. Please check and refund my amount ASAP....

                        I ordered 4 products from your reputed online shopping website on 24 June 2021. The estimated delivery date was 2July but none of the courier service approached or called me. It's a prepaid order and I want a refund on the product since it has been so long even after the delivery date that I haven't got my product.

                              My 1st payment was completed through phonepay of worth rs 707.10 but order was not confirmed so I had done 2 time payment through debit card and this time payment was completed. I want to know when will my first payment get refunded.i have also attached the proof of first payment.

                                      I placed an order of three curtain sets today. Amount of 2044 rs was debited from my account but it said that my order couldn't be placed.

                                      I am also attaching a screenshot of the transaction of 2044 rs which I made using Amazon UPI
