    I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 13th of June. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me. I have also attached the screenshot of my bank statement there.
    After this return, I have returned two more items and got refund for them on the same day.
    But why I have not get any refund for this order even after 19 days of initiation
    Please check and take required action.

      Today I have ordered 3 products from Ajio order amounting Rs 396 using my credit card. Amount also deducted from my credit card but the items are not showing in my Ajio account under orders also message and mail not received.
      So, I request you to confirm and send an email and if not possible kindly refund the amount.

        I have ordered a kurta in ajio app. My money is debited from my account but I have not received confirmation mail or messages. And the order confirmation is not listed in ordered history. Kindly check and resolve this issue

          We have received all items in this order on 27th May and we did not like 4 of them and placed a return request on 28th May. 4 Items were picked up by field agent in 2 days. After two weeks (17th June) agent got the 4 items back and asked us to contact customer care and create one more return request(Agent did not give us any reason on why we need to raise one more request).
          On 18th I have raised one more request(Return ID #RT[protected] and items were supposed to be picked up by 25th of June but still items are not picked up. I contacted customer care on 26th of June, customer care agent said that AWB number is not generated and created the complaint with complaint ID COM[protected] and mentioned that issues will be resolved and items will be picked up 29th without a miss. I see issues is marked as resolved on 29th without any resolution. I called customer care again on 29th and again same thing happened customer care agent created one more complaint COM[protected]. I asked agent to escalate the issue and connect me to the manager and help me get my refund. Customer care agent tried contacting his manager and said that manager did not receive his call and he will send a request to manager for a callback. Till now I have not received any callback from anyone.

                    I ordered a bulk of items today and the amount was debited from my debit card but the order was not placed. Did not get notifications about the order either through mail or message. Please do look into it to either place the order or to initiate a refund.

                        I had ordered few items through AJIO app today (02/07/2021). I used IOB debit card for purchase and amount was deducted. But there was no trace of order ID in mail or in the app. There was no refund in the following hours.
