I have placed a order on july 3 2021 and the money in the wallet as was deducted but no order confirmation mail nor the app shows anything like the purchase was done...I confused and concered about my money

    I've placed my order yesterday for which the money was deducted but received no confirmation and the oder status is not visible through AJIO app.

          On July 1, I placed an order for 1425 and paid for it through my debit card. The transaction is successful and the amount got debited from my account. But I have not received the order confirmation id. Nor the order got placed. Have written to customer care and have not gotten any response.

            Yesterday I ordered few things of ₹1200 from Ajio the amount was deducted from my bank account but the order list of my account is not updated yet. Also I didn't receive any confirmation text message on my registered mobile number.

                On 2nd july around 6:51 i paid for my order through credit card. Amount was deducted but order wasn’t placed didn’t get any conformation message or email even in orders section it isn’t showing.

                          I ordered some products worth 2375/- rupees on 1st/july/2021 at 8.30 p.m on ajio .. i paid the amount using phonepay upi... The amount debited from my side to merchant but products not booked and the amount not refunded.. this is not the first time the same thing happend in few months back i called ajio customercare.. they wasted my time but not resved my issue.. i lossed 2500 rupees in last transaction.. and this time 2375/-rupees.. this is the repeated problem occured in ajio website for so many customers..please take it as serious issue and resolve the solve ... (i am a small self earned women Its my hardearned money.. i dont want to loose this time)please refund my amount ..

                            I am M.Bharath simha reddy. I have placed an order(slides) on 2-jul-2021. I paid my payment through paytm. I didn't get a confirmation message and the order wasn't there in my ajio orders. I am attaching my payment details below. Please refund my money as soon as possible or place my order perfectly. I need it as soon as possible. I don't know where all my money went. ajio received my amount and didn't send a confirmation message.

                              My order number being FL[protected] was ordered today and paid at the same time. But when I open the orders option on my app it says no orders and I didn't even receive any mail saying my order is confirmed. Also, after I ordered 3 clothes, the prices of the very same dropped to 50% lesser than of what I had purchased them for. This is a very frustrating app. Need this issue to be resolved. We can't be waiting here while the payment is already...

                                    I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 13th of June. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me. I have also attached the screenshot of my bank statement there.
                                    After this return, I have returned two more items and got refund for them on the same day.
                                    But why I have not get any refund for this order even after 19 days of initiation
                                    Please check and take required action.

                                      Today I have ordered 3 products from Ajio order amounting Rs 396 using my credit card. Amount also deducted from my credit card but the items are not showing in my Ajio account under orders also message and mail not received.
                                      So, I request you to confirm and send an email and if not possible kindly refund the amount.
