          Sir/madam i have return 3 products to ajio. My return id is RT33431166. I have a proof of 3 returned products. But ajio reshipped via ECOM 2 products instead of 3 products and that two products was wrong item. I have return 3 orignal products. In reship i get 2 different products. One product is missing. Reship ECOM NO. IS [protected]. So you can easily check via return id and ECOM no. How ajio make a fraud with customer. Ajio customerscare service never trust on customers. Customercare dont response to service . I shared all the details so you can easily verify all the details ask them to refund my amout as soon as possilbe. Refund amount is rs 659. Please help me to refund my amount.

          I have placed an order through ajio app and done payment via googlepay. But in the order menu of the ajio app doesn’t show the order i placed.Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
          I have ordered 2 products in AJIO . In the invoice it’s showing 2 products bit inside the parcel I got only one product . So where is my another one . We are trying to contact but there is no response. Please check and confirm. It has been long days . You’ll not respond to customer queries I definitely file a case related to this .

            In March-21 month, AJIO blocked my shopping account. After that I mail them to unblock my account, but when didn't unblock my account, I requested for transfer my wallet amount to my bank account. I mailed them many times, but they always give me next due date. Sometimes they told me by mail that please mail us from registered mail ID. I always mail with registered mail ID, I confirm all details with their customer care by calling toll free number many times. I also raised complaint for transfer wallet amount. Complaint No. COM[protected]. My total wallet amount is approx 6700rs. BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS :

            AJIO's mail response team and customer care team for calls both are different. Communication of both teams are negligible. On call they confirm all the details and asked me for mail them with details for bank transfer of amount, but when I mail them they didn't respond properly or write me mail us with right mail ID.

            I attached some screenshots of emails of refund for proof of registered mail ID. AJIO also send me mail on this mail ID, but when mailed for refund they said this is not my mail ID. Please Help me for refund my all wallet amount in my bank account.

              I cancel my order on 26_4_2021. And it was told by the ajio that I would get refund in 5-7 days, but today it has been more than 5-7 days since I got no refund. I have mail ajio many times but But they just said I'll get refund soon. What the hell..

                    I have received my order on 20th April 2021 and since I’ve to return the product, it’s saying order not yet delivered, I called the customer executives a lot, the response is always same “WAIT FOR 2 more days”
                    I’ve been patiently quite since 11 days, how to return the products back if there’s no return option for it.

                    I’ll share snapshot, do check it, it’s in packed since 14th April, and I received it on 20th, but not marked as delivered.

                      I am not able to login into my ajio account.

                      I am not able to login into my account. As there is a some amount in my ajio wallet, i am not able to access the account. i am trying to login from last two days. No customer support is given from the company. Please help me out of this....

                      I have ordered a Jean, but the delivered product is different from the ordered one so I have kept for refund.the product has been returned but I have not received my money yet😪

                        The product was delivered to me. As this is not fit to me I opted for Return.
                        My Ajio package with AWB [protected] - Delhivery . The delivery boyHAS not taKEN the product by mentioning the reason that the the Tag number is not tallying. But I have placed the return what ever you have delivered to me.

                        Please tell me whether you are taking back the product or not.
                        I am facing lot of disappointment with you.

                        I am using Amazon, flipcart, Myntra e commerce websites. There I am not facing any troubles.
                        If this happens to be repeated the same reflects in your business.
                        Please arrange call back to me with your team so that I will explain indetail.

                            I have purchased 2 items in ajio online shopping on 3rd April 2021 and the order number is #FL[protected]. Not yet received the items and i have complained over ajio customer care on 13th April and raised again on 20th April. But the issue has not resolved till now. Please take necessary action in this regard and return the amount in my account.

                                Sir/Madam I Have Ordered 3 Products From AJIO My Order Is FL[protected]. Because Of Smaller In Size So I Was Return All 3 Products. Later I Was Recieved A Mail From Ajio As Your Return Products Was Non Ajio Products And They Reship To Me. When I Was Opened Reship Products It Was Changed Products I Did Not Return That Products And I Have Return 3 Products Instead Of 3 I Getting 2 Products In Reship One Products Is Missing. And That 2 Products Are Different. He Pick Orignal Products And Sending Me Local Products. I Was Return Orignal Products Bt Still In Did Not Get Refund Amount Till Now. 1month Is Completed Still My Problem Not Solve Because Of AJIO FRAUD. I Called To Ajio Customercare They Are Not Supporting To Customers. They Dont Response To Customers Worst Service In Ajio Customerscare Service.

                                  I ordered two shoes, and received wrong products received same brand but different models i registered the complaint ajio, they accepted the return and It was picked up more than a month ago and i have not received any refund on it yet till date, i am complaining from day 1 even on social media they are not replying, when i call on customer care it gets connected in 1.5 hours i wait for that long they still don’t give me any update once they gave me a update that the product received to them are not the products I ordered which is exactly why i am returning, seriously ajio has very bad management This literally a fraud case

                                      I just made an order on jio my payment From phoney pay upu and Ajio wallet Both has been deducted but end up showing payment failed please pay again.
                                      This was my first ever shop on AJIO and worst experience in online shop.
                                      Kindly send my money back and keep your products with you. I don't want this type of experience in online shop.
