I placed an order in ajio app 7 items .my order was not delivered but it shows delivered in app.due to heavy rains in chennai there is no power on 25 November to 26 November2020 .even my phone was switched off since 25 November 2020 morning.on 24 November I received a parcel from ajio in which I got 1 item.but when I switched on my phone and I saw in app that my 3 items was delivered but I did not have any notification.I checked with my hostel owner aunty as well .actually my area was drowned how come my product was delivered.without my permission or intimation how they will deliver.

I need my 3 items as soon as possible

    On 22 .11.20, Rs 3617 was debited with transaction ID T2011222309380310172485.B ut order was not confirmed from AJIO side.Kindly guide for refund.

      I was placing order from ajio and did successful payment through paytm wallet but didn't receive payment confirmation from your side now I have ordered the same with cod . Kindly inform me about my deducted amount also refund it as soon as possible

          One of the item in the Order#FL[protected] (Knitted shrug) appearing as delivered on 7 th November 20 in the app. But it is not delivered to me. I have paid online when ordering. I need the refund or the ordered item.

            FIG Knitted shrug order no FL[protected] is appearing as delivered on7th November 20, but still not delivered to me. It is a wrong update in thr system. I have paid the amount online already when ordering. I need refund or the ordered product.

              I ordered a product on nov 6th and it should have been delivered on 15th nov as they mentioned but I was told that this item cannot be delivered to door step and to pickup in the nearby courier service. So when I got call from ajio to confirm whether to cancel or not, I selected cancellation of the product. Till now there is no refund from the company not item is received to back to the seller.
              Help me in this regard.

                  I have received this Order# FL[protected] with no product tag and big size. When i placed return/exchange order, delivery boy didn't pick because product has no tag.

                  Ajio care people saying they don't deliver product without tag. This is a super cheating to customer. Now they are not returning/exchanging the product. I need help here. I never use this product.

                          This complaint is regarding ajio order number #FL[protected] . The product has not been delivered . But it shows on the app saying its been delievered .
                          No answer or rely from their end to report this as well . Customer care support is bad . I want a refund or the product to be rechecked in terms of delivery status

                                I received a levis jeans on 11 nov 2020 but it was a faulty product so i requested return . When the delivery boy came to pick the product he said we cant take it back and call customer care . But there was no response as no one answered on the call .                                     I have booked a order at Ajio before 3 days order number FL #[protected], firstly they give so long date to deliver (app more than 21 days) . From last 3 days status is same as "confirmed" but not moving to next level
                                    Secondly the toll free customer care number [protected] is useless tried app 50 times but not picked up after keeping in que .
                                    Thirdly if you write to customer care mail I'd their parrot answer is the status I can see in site and very casual answer that if packed then you can see in site . No satisfactory answer . It seems after order they start making the product after many days . If anyone has concern to reduce the shipping and packing time . No answer .
                                    In this competitive time they work with laziness and very very unprofessional way. .
                                    Higharchie is also not there in site
                                    Means just keep watching helplessly and no one is their to understand/listening properly
