I ordered a product on nov 6th and it should have been delivered on 15th nov as they mentioned but I was told that this item cannot be delivered to door step and to pickup in the nearby courier service. So when I got call from ajio to confirm whether to cancel or not, I selected cancellation of the product. Till now there is no refund from the company not item is received to back to the seller.
Help me in this regard.
