My order is not confirming, it's only buffering, iam trying but it's not confirming at alll ...
How can I order from this kind of website?

I hav ordered one catwalk shoe... The shoe was vry tight.. so i exchanged it with bigger one.. bt that was too loose..so i hav to return it.. it was picked up... But the money was not refund. So i request u to plzz refund my money🙏

Odered one catwalk shoe.. it was tight.. so i exchanged it n got one size bigger... Bt it was too big n the colour is also faded one n it was diffected.. so i returned it.. bt did not got refund.. plzz give me the status.

I had placed an order in AJIO of amount 2569.45 through google pay. The amount was debited but I did not receive an order confirmation. Please initiate the refund at the earliest because I placed the same order through net banking which was confirmed. Hoping for a quick response.

3 item bill was sent and inside the package only one item was there... I paid cash.. 2 items was Missing...

I cancelled my order after the payment of Rs 613/- is done through UPI of 6th of November for Netplay green kurta. Refund mail is received to me but no refund has been received its been 10 days after order is cancelled. Kindly respond as soon as possible.

I am disappointed with the product .
I have ordered Size 38 shoe but they have sent me Size 39 shoe in a box on which Size 38 is written.

I ordered a Kota Saree with ornate border from ajio on 08th Nov. 2020. Product details state that it contains blouse piece of length 0.8m, but i did not receive the blouse with product. I do not want to return the saree but, i would surely need the blouse piece.

I have recieved order but i want to return it but the return option is not working coz the delivery status not updtaed

I humbly requested you to please help me to get the refund of the below listed orders in which the items quantity was less. My issue is not getting redressed in spite of sharing the UNPACKING VIDEO LINKS.

I ordered one dress for my daughter with FL[protected]. Till now it was not delivered
But in ajio app it is showing that the product was delivered. No customer care support. Cheating the public. If ambani is doing this kind of business to earn money? Total cheating don't support this kind of stores. Pl don't purchase from Ajio. Total fraud.

I have returned back the item, long time back. But still not received my refund amount. I have raised this issue to customer care more than 10 times, in call and in application, but no proper response.

i orderd my product on 02 novemeber and it was due to be delieverd by november 7th but i neve got a call or message regarding my product or its delievery so i contacted the customer care yeasterday after waiting this long and they said my product will be delievered within two days, so i said okay and now today i got a message saying that my order is cancelled and its on its way to return,
so today i contacted customer care again and then they said my product is returned and will be refunded, ,
but as far as im concerned i have wasted enough time and energy on ajio to select these products and order it, then waited for two weeks to get it and now i got nothing,
i'm cheated here and misleaded and misinformed

I ordered kurti set on 26th october. Delivery date is 13th November showing in the app. But there is 14 th November till now this order not delivered. I compliant 2 times but they are not revert anything.

I have returned 5 products to AJIO but money of 3 product is still not refunded. Ajio is so bad in this service please refund my money.
