I ordered a Saree on 2nd Nov;2020 and its prepaid, but I didn't receive my order, and it's showing as delivered in the app. I also didn't get any OTP or call from delivery agent. What to do now? Please do something.

    My refund amount of Rs 8567 related to return I'd:rfnd_Fv56Zj6n4zBwpf is not credited in my account till now. Take the initiation of refund immediately and I need my money to be reflected in my bank account as soon as possible.
    AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    If this issue not solved in 2days I will file the complain against the company as fraud made

            I made a order of Rs 1017.45 by today only and till now I didn’t get any order I’d or number still waiting...u guys are really careless. If I knew this type of service are getting from ur side swear I will never be a customer of AJIO. Highly disappointed. I did a blunder🥺
            Kindly help me in this matter refund my money or else get the order place soon possible.

              I made the purchase on 31Oct 2020. But after that I have got no details about my product or any tracking information about it as well. I have even mailed them asking about any update regarding my order but there was no response. Also I already made the online payment for my product.

                  Ajio Return ID- RT24613135, Refund initiated on by Ajio- 27-Oct-2020, Amount- Rs. 514.50.

                  But till today 06-Nov-2020, I didn't receive the amount on my bank account. My Bank name- Tripura state cooperative Bank Ltd.

                  I contacted with Ajio customer care & they provide me a Reference ID- SUR[protected] & told me to contact my bank branch with this given reference Id.

                  I then contacted with my branch, and they said the given reference Id is not a valid banking transaction I'd, so they can't help me anything in this matter.

                  Then again I contacted with Ajio customer care & they said they can not help me with this anymore.

                  I request the authority to take necessary action against Ajio and refund my money to my bank account or Ajio wallet ASAP.

                        I ordered a puma shoe on 18th of October and it was supposed to be delivered on 3rd of November but due to some delay they said it would be delivered on 4th, now its 5th of November and yet I haven't received anything. Now when I checked the app it's showing that as the product couldn't be delivered they are returning it. I pre paid Rs 2837.46 through phonepe, order id #FL[protected], return id #RT25468877.
                        This is by far the worst experience I had in online purchasing. They are literally fraud, that was my hard earned money and I want it back. Kindly help me with this please

                              I placed an order today for 1147Rs. The amount got deducted from my account but I havent got any confirmation yet.
                              Careless attitude.
                              This was the first experience with Ajio and its highly disappointing. Look into this matter you worthless people .

                              We got your mail . Please forward me the evidence by WhatsApp what you have. Request for your amount by UPI on complain board. Never share any personal information like card no cvv and never install any app like anydesk quick support. Kindly contact asap for further information.

                                On 7th order I have ordered items in Ajio worth Rs 2959, I did not receive updates from Ajio till I asked them they said there is 'lockdown restriction around warehouse area' and took my complaint twice, and said will be resolved by 2nd Nov. There was no update from their side when I called they said they cannot deliver the items. Now I cannot cancel the order either in website or mobile app. They again took a complaint please note a third compliant. The amount is big. I want my money back at the earliest.

                                  I had ordered 4 t-shirt from ajio.com but out of 4 only 2 were properly packed and there was bill inside. So I called at the customer care number and told them that my t-shirt was not properly folded as well as there was no bill. They took the t-shirt as term of return. But there was mistake at the calculation of Rs. 68 but they are just registering only my complains and not giving resolution. Please help he in this issue.

                                      I have ordered, one of the kurta by applying phonepe voucher, which is worth of 300 bucks on 31st Oct.

                                      After applying voucher I have paid 846 bucks via UPI. the balance is deducted but the order not booked.

                                      I have raised a complaint to Ajio customer care but haven't received any resolution yet. Its almost 72 hours passed away.

                                        I Bought a pair of jeans along with a pair of shorts on 20th of October 2020, and felt that the color of the jeans was not as advertised.

                                        So I initiated a return for the jeans alone and after multiple delays in picking up the order, I wrote an email to the customer care at Ajio.

                                        A day later the delivery person came for the pickup but couldn't approve the pickup due to a mismatch of the EAN number.

                                        The EAN numbers I received were[protected] and[protected] for the packages inside the parcel which both were shown as invalid.

                                        I see this as Ajio practicing unfair tactics to scam customers. I have since decided not to our hase anything from Ajio and warn other of doing so themselves.

                                        The Ajio customer care has no working customer care helpline. The one that's given in the app is an automated number with no way to reach to a human executive.

                                        Poor quality service and inferior services and products compared to other sites.
