    I ordered a product from ajio app on nov 10, 2020. I had not recieved order id and the money was debited from my account . They mailed me they will refund it within 72hours. But I haven't refunded my money yet.

      I orderd 1 items on 30th oct. I did'nt received items it was showing delivery delayed. Today when i checked details of my orders it was showing "delivery unsuccessful - return complete". But i never cancelled the orders and i havent even received any call or text regarding the order. So where is my refund for this item ?? I want my refund of my items order id "FL[protected]"

        Money is debited from my side but no order placed. I mailed the AJIO team the same. Every time they asked me to wait 2 more days to issue refund giving complaint number COM[protected]. Other than this there is no help from their side.

          I have orderer kurtis with the payment method(ajio wallet )nd the order id is FL[protected]. when the delivery boy came i have told him to cancel that order .so in ajio app i got update that delivery was unsuccessfull til now with return RT25524531 nd dint get refund to my ajio wallet of cost 517rs.and i have other product with the payment method (ajio wallet) nd the order id is FL[protected] this order got delayed today in ajio app it is showing that delivery unsucessful nd i dint geot refund of rs 340 can plz refund my money to ajio wallet so that i should purchase some products with that amount

                My refund has be initiated on Oct 30th with regard to to my order id FL[protected] of Rs 8567. I need the refund as soon as possible and I paid it through debit card and I need my amount to be credited in my source account as soon as possible

                        I ordered 7 products. I received the first two delivery but I didn't receive 3 products of my order, and it's showing as delivered in the app as well as in text message. I also didn't get any "out for delivery" message or call from the delivery agent but got some text messages saying items are delivered. What to do now?

                          Ajio — Refund not received on my bank account

                          Ajio Return ID- RT25226821, Refund initiated on by Ajio- 03-Nov-2020, Amount- Rs. 604.63.

                          But till today 09-Nov-2020, I didn't receive the amount on my bank account. My Bank name- Federal Bank.

                          I tried to contact with Ajio customer care ..but they not responding...

                          I request the authority to take necessary action against Ajio and refund my money to my bank account or Ajio wallet ASAP

                            Money got debited and order wasn't placed
                            I haven’t had such a bad customer experience with any other online shopping.

                            After I paid for my order, the order wasn’t placed... It I have been in contact with the customer care... After all the inconvenience caused they are still taking such a long time to refund my money...

                            I am never gonna buy anything from this website. Horrible experience!!! read more

                              Ajio wallet money disappeared

                              I received a refund for order id: EX[protected] in my ajio wallet. But I can no longer see it or use it to buy further products. Cash balance is showing 0 while I am supposed to have INR 2, 297.93 in my wallet. Please take a neccessary action soon....

                              I ordered a Saree on 2nd Nov;2020 and its prepaid, but I didn't receive my order, and it's showing as delivered in the app. I also didn't get any OTP or call from delivery agent. What to do now? Please do something.

                                My refund amount of Rs 8567 related to return I'd:rfnd_Fv56Zj6n4zBwpf is not credited in my account till now. Take the initiation of refund immediately and I need my money to be reflected in my bank account as soon as possible.
