This is the complain regarding the shoes bought online from Ajio.com which developed cracks in just 5 months of indoor usage. .. i am trying to get in touch with Ajio customer care ( COM[protected]) team since 3rd Oct 2020 just to get an automated response. Their customercare numbers make you wait for 30 to 40 minutes only to disconnect it in couple o[censored]nsatisfactory comments....

I have ordered for 3314.66 ruppes 3 shirts, 2 pants. Payment as success but order doesn't placed. Please solve my problem as soon as possible...

I ordered couple of products from ajio out of which the expensive products didn't have company tags on them. I wasn't aware of it because there was a trust factor on online shopping from ajio. But I didn't like the product so I placed a return request but the pickup guy refused to take my return because of the missing tags. The pickup guy told me that an email will be sent from their end but after few days my return was cancelled without...

I had placed a order for top in AJIO of Rs.536.90 on 22 October 2020. The money has been deducted but order is not placed. It’s not even visible in Cart. I had did google pay and even received mail telling payment successful. Still order is not placed. Please get back my money....

So I was trying to order some products from Ajio app of worth 11, 613.11₹ and I paid the amount through my ICICI bank debit card. After entering my OTP I got the text of successful transaction from my bank but in the Ajio app the purchase was failed. So I don’t know what to do now but it has been 2 days and I haven’t got my money back. Please help....

I had ordered 3 products from ajio for which i paid through Google pay.
The money was deducted. But in my app in orders no order is shown....

I have ordered few items from Ajio as I had some amount in Ajio' wallet and some payment was done from phone pe. Now the wallet amount is 0 and also amount is successfully deducted from my account(phone pe) and I am not able to see any order Id and also no order is placed.

Can you let me know the further steps. Will my ordered get placed or the money will be returned to me?...

my ne aapke site me ek product order karatha, 17 oct aaj us product ka delivery thaa. aapke delivery boy ne call kara tha 12.30 pm ki aapka courier aaya sir kaha hy aap main ne bola my ghar pe nahi hu aap se 0.5 kms door se petrol pump per hu aap yaha aajaiye bola thaa main ne tho une bola ki my waha tak nahi aatha hu aap ko product lena hy tho lelo nahito retn karlo bolke, kya ye sahj jawab hy customer se aap yehi...

Please provide the current tracking status of Order ID - FL[protected]...

Oct 16 2020 I ordered through ajio app.amount was debited from my bank account.but order was showing.many times I send email regarding this but you didn't take any action....

I had an order on ajio and the money got deducted. But the order is not yet confirmed....

Done a transaction on 18th of October at 9:39 pm precisely the amount was deducted from the bank and but i could not see the order being placed in the application.I called the customer service they told to wait 48 hours but nothing happened. I called again and they are telling to wait again till 23 October.I had called the customer service like 5 to 6 times and also they do not get connected easily. Please look in the matter. I am also attaching...

I have placed an order on 16th oct and payment has been deducted from my account of rs 1557.94 and 200 from ajio wallet but I haven’t received an order conformation id I’ve mailed the same day since then there is no revert back also....

I have done my payment through Google pay but there are no mail or message for confirmation of order and also when i check my account for orders placed it says "no orders placed"...

Purchased clothes from ajio through paytm wallet but, order not confirmed. The amount also deducted from my account. Kindly do the needfull to refund the amount....

The upi payment was successful and I also received a mail from ajio saying it was received but my order is not confirmed...

I have ordered sketchers shoes and selected upi for payment money was debited from my account but no order was found in ajio....

hen this order was delivered to me, I could touch and feel from the outer envelope that the shoe box is broken inside. But as I was in need, I kept it.(I did mention this to delivery boy also that it seems broken from inside. He said these things usually happen while transferring one product from one place to another.)

But When tried, it was tight...

Placed an order more than a month ago, the money was deducted from my account but it didn't go through. My order was cancelled but I haven't received a refund. I have tried mailing them, calling them, reaching them on their social media...
