I have purchased 3 t-shirts in the month of June last week and got 2 t-shirts on 29th June 2020 and one T-shirt will be deliver on July 20th 2020 as per Ajio team message. But on 16th July 2020 I got message stating that order is cancelled and it will be refunded partially to your account Rs.512. But till date I have not received my money back even after sending many mail and bank account statement also.

I want to raise complaint against ### Ajio co. And want my money back as soon as possible.
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I got message from Ajio on 16th July 2029"Hey TINSA THOMAS! Your AJIO order FL[protected], has been cancelled. In case it's a prepaid order, we have initiated a full refund into source account. Please check your email for more details." Till now I have not received my money back.

This was the last message from them and till date no money I got from them.

    Order No.- FL[protected]. I received partial order. Ordered a complete suit set comprising Floral Print Straight Kurta with Palazzo & Dupatta but only received Kurta. Have called customer care many times but to no avail. They said they do not have CCTV footage of the warehouse where this order was packed. I'm not able to return the item now. They say they are not able to call me but I have given them alternate number via email and customer care number.
    I have previously purchased fromAjio so many times. So disappointed.

      My order no is #rt20374131. This order has been picked up on 11th aug n today its 22nd aug still hv not received refunded amount. Despite several mail n compaint. Very disappointed. Plz help

      I av been running from pillar to post for getting my refund amount it's has been almost 15 days. When u all r confirmed about my returned pick up of order no #RT20374131 then for wat reason there is late in refunding money. I am disappointed u all r not cooperating. Do the needful.

      U people r not cooperating at all. Due to ur negligence in handling my issue of not refunding my amount against return of order no#RT20374131, I am facing inconvenience n trouble. It's now more than 15 days. U r totally just ignoring .

        Created return request in the month of march, but product is not yet picked up from my place. In between return request is cancelled without sending any notification. After sending 20-30 emails they have again generated return request which is also cancelled on 21th August.
        AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          I received a used product of the worst quality with no tags. On asking for return the delivery boy did not accept it with no tags.
          The customer complain number when dialed makes you wait for 15 minutes and calls are then disconnected.
          Most of the times the call is not taken up.
          It's so wrong.

            I have placed a return request for id : RT20722086. The executive came to pickup twice but couldn't take it due to 8 digit barcode of marks & spencers brand instead of 13 digit. Have mailed and called the ajio customer care but no response. The return needs to be made to no quality check needed. But cannot contact the customer care for that option.

                  I have placed order on 8th aug 2020 for shopping of cloths and amount of 1662 rs was debited from my account but neither I recieved any order ID nor I have recieved my payment back till now which shows very irresponsible behaviour on the part of company, Apart from that I was to mention that no customer care is available for proper communication hence I am unable to redress my issue. This is to inform you that please resolve my issue as soon as possible failing which I have to take necessary action against ajio company. I am attaching the screenshot of debited payment of aforesaid amount from account.

                  I have recieved intimation about the sending my complaint to ajio support but no response have been recieved after that, please make my problem resolved as soon as possible as more than 15 days have been passed

                    I placed and order before one month which was prepaid. Even after one month the order wasnt shipped. When I contacted the customer care, after a long wait of 15 mins, they connected and said that the product cannot be delivered. They couldn't even send a message regarding that. Worst response ever.

                      I order a lot from ajio..but i noticed that i have been not receiving refunds from past 1 month..it is so sad..i used to buy a lot from ajio..i am getting furiour..nobody is pickng calls..

                        I am complaining because i have order a product from ajio with Order ID FL[protected] & FL[protected], Complaint id COM[protected] & COM[protected] and i have returned the product nicely with all labels and tags on 10/08/2020. The return id is RT20386161 & RT20253767 . But i haven't received my refund yet. The status is still return under process.This issue couldn't resolved yet but ajio app marked as resolved.am already raise that complaint twice. Since they have picked up the product and the status is not updated. What's going on i didn't understand. I have bought many products from ajio. And this is the first and worst experience with ajio. When will i receive my refund? Please do take any action.

                          I had made a recent purchase from ajio.com (Order id: fl[protected]) on 1st aug 2020, part of which was already cancelled by ajio itself saying it was not deliverable and partial refund was issued. Okay, but a part of my order is yet to be received.. I have contacted them quite sometimes via emails and their app tickets and still there is no sign of my order or a refund..!! I can understand that this is a time of city lockdowns in many places, so that's why i have waited this long.. But you people are so unprofessional that you don't even respond to your customers' emails, nor do you care.!! That's okay because i won't be doing anymore shopping from both your online and offline stores from now onwards.. Also i would suggest my friends to do the same.. I know this won't make a big deal for you.. But serious online players with good service will be benefitted from this.. Thankyou ajio for your good for nothing service!!

                            I want to return the product and the complaint is been already placed and the delivery boy denied to collect the product as he was saying there's no tag infact it has all the required tags
                            Please do the needfull as aoon as possible

                              While ordering at ajio amount of rs.1363.95 was paid through upi to vpa ajio on 8th august 2020. But after successful payment, the order didn't confirm on ajio app.

                              Kindly help to refund the debited amount.

                              I have been following up for the same from 9th august till date.

                              While ordering at ajio amount of Rs 1363.95 was paid through phone pay upi to vpa ajio. [protected]@hdfcbank but after successful payment, the order didn't confirm on ajio app. Kindly help to refund the debited amount. I got an email also from the company [email protected]. I have shared the screenshot of the transaction details with them. The debit happened on 8th August 2020 at 10.34 pm and till date I'm following up to get my money back. The UTR is 022122089561 While taking to the customer care executive he said that I'll get the UTR if the amount has been received/refunded to me via message/mail by 21st August 2020. But I'm sorry to express that I have not received anything from their end. Please help to resolve this issue. It's already more than 20 days now. In such cases they refund the amount by 48hours but I don't know how they're taking this long. Regards Harshita

                              But they have not reached out to me yet for the same. Neither they have refunded my debited amount yet. This is unacceptable from ajio.
                              I'm getting calls from this [protected] no. His name is Pramod he is saying that he is talking from Cyber cell and he will help me to solve the issue with ajio. And he made me follow some procedure also. But at the end he asked me to make payment by scanning the attached scan code for making a payment of INR 1975. And moreover he was fooling me by saying mam after you do enter the UPI code you'll get confirmation that whether you want to make the payment, accept the payment, etc., Payment will not be deducted and bla bla. Please look in to the matter.

                                I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing ajio customer care team. Worst experience ever with ajio. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 8th august 2020. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am calling them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id com[protected]. Their team called me and saved their part by saying that refund is done from our side. What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

                                I have not got any update from Ajio. They said to mail me the UTR on 21st August 2020 but till date no refund has been done from their end. Please look into the matter I'm in high need of money. Please see the screenshot

                                    I ordered a jeans and because of size issue i requested a return. The very next day on 11/8/2020 my jeans has been picked up by a courier man, but i didn't receive any notification regarding refund. Now it's been 5 days there's still no message or email regarding my refund and and i didn't receive my money and the customer care number is also not responding.

                                      I want my money right now. I don't wanna waste my time on damaged product. I returned the product to your delivery partner one week ago but there is no status update as you received the product and i don't understand why you people are delaying customer complaints. You please check the product carefully before packing and there is no use for both o[censored]s on damaged products. Please don't waste my time on raising complaints on other platforms. I will suggest people not to buy products on ajio.

                                        I have placed order for purchase of two items. An amount of rs.644.92 has been debited from my icici credit card no. Xxxx xxxx xxxx 6004 at 9.59 pm on 30.07.2020, but order not confirmed.
                                        Order was not confirmed till 31.08.2020 morning and i placed another order for rs.644.92 on 31.07.2020 at 4.49 am from icici cc and for which amount debited and order confirmed.

                                        Bank transaction no.[protected] dtd 30.07.2020 for rs.644.92 for which amount debited but order not confirmed.

                                        Bank transaction. No.[protected] dtd 31.07.2020 for rs.644.92 for which order confirmed.

                                        It is submitted that despite repeated mails and sharing transaction numbers, issue was not resolved.

                                        I tried to contact on [protected], but could not succeed and advised to contact on customer care mail.

                                        Please look into the matter and issue refund for transaction done on 30.07.2020 for rs.644.92 for amount debited but order not confirmed.
