    The delivery man of my ajio order id: fl[protected] was extremely rude and created a lot of noise chaos while delivering. He kept honking in front of my house and when i asked him no to because there's a bed ridden patient in my house, he argued and honked more. It was very unsettling and disturbing.

      AJIO customer care not being responsive at all, my repeated mails & calls regarding failed transactions is just falling on deaf ears.
      I did all the transaction through my credit card dtd 7th of July'20 & The timing here as under::
      *Rs 1477.7 at 7:52am
      *Rs 1477.7 at 7:51am
      * Rs 1109.05 at 7:57am
      *Rs 1308.05 at 10:43pm
      This transaction I did on 13July of Rs 611.40 at 10:53pm
      Hope after complaining here my problem will be resolved

                When i placed the order the money was deducted but the order was not placed!! It was on june 3, its almost a month, when ever i try calling customer care they newly write down my complaint and say it will be solved within a week but nothng such has happened!!!
                Getting connected to customer care line is very dificult it will take almost half an hour to connect. Never expected such responce from ajio, please help me to get my refund

                  I did not recieve this order yet it is showing that the product has been already delivered.
                  I would like to know which delivery boy did the delivery!

                  Also, inquire into this because it was already a prepaid order.
                  I did not recieve the order but when i am trying to track it is showing that the product is delivered successfully.

                            Why refund is so late with ajio while other apps instantly refund your amount ince the order is cancelled. Highly disappointed. No customer care providers available, calls are never picked up. Refund is late by 10-15 days despite so many calls and complaints on the app.

                                Delivery item missing

                                I placed an order on 25th june for two clothing items. Expected delivery was a week later but due to lockdown restrictions it extended to 20th july. I received a package on 15th july with just one clothing item while on the package it was mentioned that both clothing items were present. I received a single item. While the delivery was not confirmed on the website i was expecting some miscommunication. But today i received a confirmation email...

                                    The same thing happened to me, they delivered an empty package to me and after 4 weeks of dragging the issue and assuring me that they would refund the amount of the product or re-deliver the products, they have come to the same point saying that they cant do anything about it. They have just the worst customer service. Wasted my time. Shouldn't have trusted them, I should have launched a legal or official complaint long back, which I did now finally. You can do the same.
