Need order status update

Address:Bangalore... BTM layout

I have placed order on 25th june and it has been confirmed on the same day... The estimated delivery is july 4th...but since it has been 8days of placing the order... I have not got any update of my order.. No shippment update... Pls delivery on the estimated date... Why such a delay??...

I had ordered a dress on june first week and the estimated time was given as 26th of june but i did not receive the order it's almost a week frm the estimated date now. I don't knw what is taking soo long.. Want a the order status immediately and i am attaching the proof of the order...

placed order on 25th june... estimated delivery is 4th july...

Hi ajio... Since the order is placed on 25th june... And it has been confirmed also... The estimated delivery is july 4th... Will i get my order before the government poses a lockdown?? Pls do the needful... Thank you...

Order id is fl[protected]. I had returned two products with all the tags and bill etc on the 19th of march. When i called the customer care.. They provided me with two tracking ids which (When i check) shows that the products have been delivered to the seller.
I have called the customer care numerous times and have also texted and emailed the ajio customer care but all they do is raise a complain and give a different complaint number...

Wrong product received and denied refund upon return

I have ordered a medium sized levis shirt from ajio shopping app. I received a wrong product (Jeans pant) instead of levis shirt. I returned the product and now they are claiming that they cannot accept the return as its a non-ajio product. My return id is rt17919104.
Kindly do the needful...

I haven't receive my refund

I ordered 4 items in month of March but I haven't receive 2 items from order
so I cancel my order but I haven't receive my refund which is approx 900 rupees. And in the app they are showing that refund is initiated and there is no way to communicate with customer service executive. Please help...

Money deducted but order has not taken

I had placed an order in ajio and done the payment through Paytym. Money of Rs 2686 has been deducted but order has not taken. I would request to return my amount debited. Plz resolve the issue as soon as possible .

I ordered three t-shirts from Ajio website one of adidas one of french conmection and one of ajio itself and the Adidas one was shown half sleef on website but on delivery i saw that it's full sleeve and also too small than the actual size. Having contacted the customer care for returns I didn't received any response and all i received was that they are unable to contact me. This was complete forgery....

ajio account blocked

Hi,

I just opened my app after lockdown situation and may ajio account is blocked and on reaching the customer care, they mentioned that they have blocked the account due to high number of returns. I haven't shopped in last 4 months and they have blocked my account. My account had lot of wallet points and cash amount which i can't access anymore as i am not allowed to login.
What a horrible site is?
