      Ordered Details : Order# FL[protected](5 Items) on 28th June 2020
      Order# FL[protected](2 Items) on 23rd June 2020.
      Not Yet delivered nor update regarding the same. Worst response from AJIO after many followups too, they couldnt able to deliver.Customer care responses are the worst i ever faced.
      I recommend them refund or deliver the product - Either thing not happening. Please do the needful .
      How can they do these much troubles to paid ordered - I notice many other online retailers are very good in delivering and committing things.AJIO case worst case, please do help to resolve things.

        One month back I got notification from Ajio that "we attempted to deliver your order and we're unsuccessful"and they initially cancelled my order my refund has not been initiated yet.i have contacted the customer care service 8 times still my problem has not been solved.each time they just alot a week time and give me surety that my amount would be credited but still it's not getting reflected to my ajio wallet.
        It's been a month sir I have contacted the customer care service 8times
        Kindly, refund my amount
        I regret for trusting the app and doing online transaction

          Hello there,

          I have a complaint about the ajio application, which i bought some items from the jio application, but the items i received successfully, but i couldn't find it there, so i returned those clothes. After that i sent a request to get my money back in my bank account. After that, due to some technical problem, my refund could not come in the bank account, then i talked about the customer service, then the customer service asked me for my bank account details, where i sent all the details to them. But still they are making me full and asking about the bank details again and again from long time.
          Please help me get my refund back

              This refers to a Cash On Delivery order I placed with Ajio on 25th June 2020 with order ID FL[protected].
              I received a parcel on 1st July 2020 with my name and address on the package and a part of the items in the order placed with amount 4633/- which i paid to the delivery guy in cash (as requested)
              however, on opening the parcel i found out that the products inside were wrong and more so the invoice inside the packet belonged to someone else. I had ordered baby clothes and instead had received some pairs of trousers. i tried returning the parcel but my account said that the products had not reached me and in fact had been returned to the sender because of delivery issues - so the return option isn't available. I was stuck with the parcel at hand.

              Ever since i have called your unresponsive customer care many times - everyday they open the issue, assure me that the resolution will be done, and close the issue the same day showing it as resolved without even contacting me or intimating me. It seems that AJIO wants to just cheat its customers and take money.
              I have written 1000 mails - the only response I get is that we are working to resolve the issue. I think you should simply close the email ID and tell your customers that we cannot resolve your issue and that once we take your money it is ours even if we deliver the product to you or not.

              More than a month with no sign of my money being returned or the correct products reaching me, only false assurances that it will be resolved at the earliest. the only resolution that is happening is the complaint is automatically closed by your useless staff who are least bothered to actually resolve any issue. and only concerned with their own resolution no.s.

              This has become highly frustrating and I have lost complete faith in the credibility of your website. You messed up at your end and now have no intention to rectify it. and if this is how you want to start cheating customers to make up for the lost business, then i would strongly advise against placing orders with this portal.

              As of date I have cancelled all my pending orders. and have no intention of placing any orders in the future and also spread the word through social networks of how ajio cheats its customers with no one willing to take responsibility or give service.

              Your customer care is the most useless i have ever seen as compared with any other etailer. it's the worst ever with worst ever response time.It seems like no one is bothered about the customer.

                    I placed an order from Ajio twice and the money got debited from my account but order was not placed. Total amount is 4500. I can share the transaction id as well if required. Ajio account info is in the name of Sangeeta Pandey.

                    I read on the complaint section that this happens when the receiver bank account server is down. So the transaction will be pending at their side even though it is successful at our end. So if it becomes successful then ajio will either refund the amount or will contact and ask to place the order if needed. If the transaction fails then the bank will automatically refund the amount to the receiver's account. It can usually take upto 48. Hours. It's better to wait.

                      I ordered products in ajio.com they send me but it's not reached me
                      Courier service is not responding. Similarly ajio team also not responding please help me i need my money.
                      We understand that things are not happening the way you expected. A complaint has been shared to our logistic department regarding this issue and the complaint number is com[protected].

                      We will get back to you with an update on or before 27th july 2020. Rest assured we are working hard to resolve your issue at the earliest and will let you know as soon as it is fixed.in case of any unforeseen delays, we will keep you posted. We have also sent you an sms with the due date.
                      But they didn't respond and didn't solve.

                        Even though we have given the correct delivery address the delivery boy insisted us to come over and take far from the mentioned address. As we rejected to come over he behaved very rude. I hope u to warn him and teach how to behave with the customers.                           Order not delivered

                          In july 6th there was some offer going on, in that i have ordered 3 items in ajio. Order no fl[protected]. Still order not received and there is no communication from ajio or seller. Two times i called customer care, 1st they assured delivery on 15th of july, next call they saying cancel the order. Due to carona situation having some problem. My question is if really they facing some problem, why still selling same items. I waited 50 days,...

                          I purchased a total of 5 products from ajio.com on 22nd june, 2020 which was delivered to me in 3 separate packages.

                          Total amount of purchase - 3632
                          Order id : fl[protected]
                          Date of purchase - 22nd june, 2020.
                          Date of delivery - 27th june, 2020
                          Date of complaint - 27th june, 2020

                          Out of 5 items, i received 2 items in 2 separate deliveries and the 3 items that i was supposed to receive in one package delivery, the delivered package came in empty with a plastic bag and a tissue roll in it.

                          I filed a complaint immediately with ajio customer care and every time my complaint was closed without any proper communication/resolution.
                          This is the fifth or sixth time this complaint is being re-opened.
                          After about 2 weeks of following up with the customer care multiple times, your team informed that there hasn't been a proper investigation response from the courier company.
                          I spoke to the supervisor amit from your team who agreed to escalate the issue and provide the resolution at earliest.
                          The complaint was again closed without prior information even before the due date.
                          On 14th july, i called ajio customer care again and explained the whole issue and the situation, he spoke to the team and came back to me and assured me of two resolution options:
                          1) refund back the missing products amount
                          2) re-delivering the missing products.

                          I agreed and was assured that i will be provided with one of the resolution options the next day 15th july, latest by 10:00am.
                          I didn't receive any call/resolution so i called customer care again to re-open the complaint. And explained again about the conversation i had with the team.
                          The customer care assured me that the refund or the re-delivery of the products as resolution would be provided as soon as it is updated in the portal.
                          The next time my complaint was closed without prior information, i did a follow up with customer care saying that there hasn't been a resolution provided yet, we came back to the same conversation we had at the beginning. There has been no progress so far, and the issue is just being dragged on and on.
                          Your team has failed to live upto what they promised or assured the customer.

                          It's almost a month and i have been patient throughout the whole process.
                          I have provided many feedbacks and suggestions, even suggesting that an executive be sent to inspect the package so that such incidents could be avoided in the future.
                          I have provided all the pictures i had, and raised complaint immediately with ajio on the day of delivery itself (27th june, 2020)
                          I have raised a consumer complaint in the national consumer forum because of the lack of communication and proper grievance resolution from the team.

                            Dear sir,

                            This is about order id - fl[protected], in ref of this order id i have purchased a slim fit shirt which was delivered to me on 16/03/2020, as it was not fitting to me due to lower size therefore created an exchange request id ex[protected] on same day i. E. 16/03/2020 which was canceled by your team on 30/05/2020.

                            I had also created a complaint request no. Com[protected] which was also closed without any satisfying reply, therefore approaching in this channel for exchange, return or refund of money. I am also repeatedly trying to call at customer care number[protected] but i am also not receiving any satisfactory response from them.

                              I have oreder on 7th july and have cancelled 1 of my orders and returned another for which i should be getting a refund of almost 1k
                              It's been more than 20 days and i have got no response
                              The contact no doesn't connect to anyone to ask in detail nor the mail
                              All i get is a useless computer reply for the mail

                                Hello, I ordered woodland shoes amounting 2664.68/- (Order # FL[protected]) on 28th June 2020 by prepaid method via netbanking, however due to long time in delivery i bought shoes from myntra..I contacted customer care on Ajio app and told about my changed plan of not taking the shoes..customer care executive told me to either refuse the product or return it after the delivery so my money will be refunded..when courier person called me I told him to returm my product..i refused to take..however after this, i called and mailed customer care about the refund but upto this point of time i havenot got my refund..even they are not attending my call..please help so that my money can be refunded..

                                    The delivery man of my ajio order id: fl[protected] was extremely rude and created a lot of noise chaos while delivering. He kept honking in front of my house and when i asked him no to because there's a bed ridden patient in my house, he argued and honked more. It was very unsettling and disturbing.

                                      AJIO customer care not being responsive at all, my repeated mails & calls regarding failed transactions is just falling on deaf ears.
                                      I did all the transaction through my credit card dtd 7th of July'20 & The timing here as under::
                                      *Rs 1477.7 at 7:52am
                                      *Rs 1477.7 at 7:51am
                                      * Rs 1109.05 at 7:57am
                                      *Rs 1308.05 at 10:43pm
                                      This transaction I did on 13July of Rs 611.40 at 10:53pm
                                      Hope after complaining here my problem will be resolved
