Regarding an order fl[protected] placed with ajio, i am expecting refund of inr 1718 since the month of march 2020. Every time ajio is making excuses under covid-19 pandemic tantrums.
Nearly 7-8 times complaints are raised and escalated to their higher management but none responded on the same. Here are some complaint numbers for the reference:

Complaint marked as Resolved After raising consumer forum complaints on consumercomplaints.in and jago grahak jago, I followed up with Ajio customer care and Ajio Grievance officer multiple times. After nearly 10-15 frustrating follow-ups they have initiated refund within 15 days of raising complaint. It was really a terrible experience of Ajio customer care. To conclude, I would suggest not to buy online/purchase from Ajio.com they are harassing their customers.
