I ordered a product in ajio by xpressbees and tshirt damaged so i request for return but they are showing i have to do self shipping i felt bad about their service.

      I returned few products and i didn't received the refund, i am reaching them thorough email/phone but no use from past 3 months.

      They are just sending one reply that - they will contact me asap.

      One more worst thing is ccare people are just dropped my calls after listing everything, even now before raising this incident also i called them but he just cut the call after listening my issue.

        I have ordered a product (Sweatshirt) in the month of march and once it is delivered, i have requested for return and refund as i didn't like the product and it is different to the web look.. So return didn't happen until may due to lockdown.. Am ok for that.. Now the issue stars from here.. Return pickup done and the amount didn't refunded to my card.. Following up this from past 1 month.. This ajio bloody customer support wastingy time.. Email support is very worst.. They ask me to share bank statement, i have shared it.. After 3 days again they said they are unable to locate the transaction and they ask me to share the total statements from the date when it is debited from account.. Y they r so lazy to ask me before?? Voice team no use at all.. Ur customer support is creepy. Remember guys, i'm not going to make any purchase from ajio going forward and i will ask all my frnds to stop shopping with ajio... I like ajio but your customer support changed my impression.. Maintain good staff and that helps to increase ur business.. Am 1 step away to post all this in social media..

        I also ordered and returned a product before a month but I haven't received the refund yet... Today its 1 month and 3 days of pickup and I have also passed the quality check. App shows that refund has been initiated but I didn't got anything. Customer care number just keeps me waiting for hours and no reply and customer service email has a poor response. Please try to solve my issue asap.

          Hi,

          I have ordered a product in ajio in the month of march and it is prepaid as well

          Its been 4 months since the product is not delivered and called customer care also... There were no proper response and its a pathetic experience with ajio

          They are not processing the cancellation also.

          Not sure to how many customers they are cheating the similar way by holding consumer cash

                I had returned my two products worth 2800 the next day i received it and the refund date has been pushed by a month from a week. Given the timely and accurate condition of return this seems unacceptable and a scam. No other website is this bad at refunds and returns

                  Rt17751800 for this return id i've returned a product on 20th june but haven't received any refund and when i call them they are saying i have sent a non ajio product which is a lie and i have said them to send a photo of it but they didn't. They are fooling me.

                          I received the wrong product from ajio i placed the return request, but no one came to pick up the product. After making 20 calls to to customer care and raised 2 complaints the issue is still not resolved. They don't have any answers to questions. They just say "we apologise for the incipience we will surely help u" but no one helps.
                          Its been 1.5 months the product is still not returned.

                          By god grace "if" it got returned i don't know how much i have to chase them for refund.

                          Kindly help.

                            Regarding an order fl[protected] placed with ajio, i am expecting refund of inr 1718 since the month of march 2020. Every time ajio is making excuses under covid-19 pandemic tantrums.

                            Nearly 7-8 times complaints are raised and escalated to their higher management but none responded on the same. Here are some complaint numbers for the reference:

                            After raising consumer forum complaints on consumercomplaints.in and jago grahak jago, I followed up with Ajio customer care and Ajio Grievance officer multiple times. After nearly 10-15 frustrating follow-ups they have initiated refund within 15 days of raising complaint. It was really a terrible experience of Ajio customer care. To conclude, I would suggest not to buy online/purchase from Ajio.com they are harassing their customers.

                                I have received wrong parcel and i have submitted request of return but courier person denied to pick the material due to wrong sticker no. Kindly pick the parcel and provide correct parcel of the product that i have ordered asap.

                                    What a shameful and pathetic courier service ecom express you have. The order is out delivery since 5th July, 2020 and still status is same. I don't understand why you opted for such a PATHETIC courier service😠. Because of which I am suffering. Such a unprofessionalism people of courier service.

                                    AJIO you also responsible for the same. Its your fault too. I didn't expected this from you.

                                    I don't know anything. Its ur internal lookout to clarify with your courier service.

                                    Below are my 2 Return ID

                                    1) RT[protected]AWB No[protected]
                                    (out for delivery since 5th July, 2020, @ 1.34hrs and still no further update)

                                    2) RT[protected]AWB No[protected]
                                    (Out for delivery on 7th July, 2020, @ 5.56hrs)

                                    Both the courier are out for delivery on midnight(RT[protected] and early morning (RT[protected].

                                    For your reference I have attached the snapshots.

                                        Not able to exchange the item

                                        I had recivered an item from ajio as per ordered and the item is delivered and in the ajio app it is showing that the item is not delivered yet and it is delayed because of this problem iam not able to exchange the item and i want ajio to update the item status as delivered and exchange my product faster...
