I ordered 6 mask in which 1 defective other 5 are wrong size i raised complient they took 30 day then no reply

I ordered the night dress and i got the mens tshirt. And i put return and the delivery boy is not accepting the return and he is saying that it doesnt match the product. Please slove my problem

For order id:fl[protected], i have returned the products and refund initiated on jun 10. Still under processing.

When i placed the order the money was deducted but the order was not placed!! It was on june 3, its almost a month, when ever i try calling customer care they newly write down my complaint and say it will be solved within a week but nothng such has happened!!!
Getting connected to customer care line is very dificult it will take almost half an hour to connect. Never expected such responce from ajio, please help me to get my refund

I did not recieve this order yet it is showing that the product has been already delivered.
I would like to know which delivery boy did the delivery!

Also, inquire into this because it was already a prepaid order.
I did not recieve the order but when i am trying to track it is showing that the product is delivered successfully.

I placed an order for 8 items from ajio totally an amount of 7539 rupees.. My money got deducted from my account i paid through phone pe but my order did not get confirmed.. Please help asap

I had requested for product return and it was scheduled for 6th July
but no one called or not communication
after that
several call with customer care and still no update yet

An amount of 1261 has been deducted from my account for 2 t shirt but has not received any messages from ajio yet

Why refund is so late with ajio while other apps instantly refund your amount ince the order is cancelled. Highly disappointed. No customer care providers available, calls are never picked up. Refund is late by 10-15 days despite so many calls and complaints on the app.

I have complain many times to pickup returns every time declined.
Horrible service of ajio.
Please pick my returns and refund my money back.

I placed an order on 25th june for two clothing items. Expected delivery was a week later but due to lockdown restrictions it extended to 20th july. I received a package on 15th july with just one clothing item while on the package it was mentioned that both clothing items were present. I received a single item. While the delivery was not confirmed on the website i was expecting some miscommunication. But today i received a confirmation email...

I ordered a product in ajio by xpressbees and tshirt damaged so i request for return but they are showing i have to do self shipping i felt bad about their service.

I don't get refund, i want to get refund as soon as possible...

I returned few products and i didn't received the refund, i am reaching them thorough email/phone but no use from past 3 months.

They are just sending one reply that - they will contact me asap.

One more worst thing is ccare people are just dropped my calls after listing everything, even now before raising this incident also i called them but he just cut the call after listening my issue.

They are not even updating in app like they picked my products.

I have ordered a product (Sweatshirt) in the month of march and once it is delivered, i have requested for return and refund as i didn't like the product and it is different to the web look.. So return didn't happen until may due to lockdown.. Am ok for that.. Now the issue stars from here.. Return pickup done and the amount didn't refunded to my card.. Following up this from past 1 month.. This ajio bloody customer support wastingy time.. Email support is very worst.. They ask me to share bank statement, i have shared it.. After 3 days again they said they are unable to locate the transaction and they ask me to share the total statements from the date when it is debited from account.. Y they r so lazy to ask me before?? Voice team no use at all.. Ur customer support is creepy. Remember guys, i'm not going to make any purchase from ajio going forward and i will ask all my frnds to stop shopping with ajio... I like ajio but your customer support changed my impression.. Maintain good staff and that helps to increase ur business.. Am 1 step away to post all this in social media..
