I have not received AJIO order FN[protected] however i have received message in my moble [protected] that it has been successfully delivered.
Please do needful in this regard.
Always send the items with secret code, this is my advice to your company.

      My 2 orders return is not picking up from past 3 attempts of raising return request .It's getting cancelled automatically after 5 days of raising return request

      I have raised return again it's been 5 days still there is no return pick up

      Recently again I raised return request, now it got cancelled without my consent.

      Customer care people are only assuring that nothing will happen but what if my return window is closed and I can't initiate return

      No action is been taken even after raising the complaint in ajio regarding this

      My return window will close on Oct 10th. Please help me with it

      Please do the needful in my case.please help me out with it

        I have purchased Net play Tshirt 2 quantity. But the size was large than I expected.So I have initiated the exchange process on the same day i received. Unfortunately the price tag was missing. I have sent an email 4 days before. Still now not received any support from Ajio. There is no customer care phone number. Disappointed with Ajio customer service.

            Refund initiated but didn't get my amount

            On 20th Sep, I tried to place an order on Ajio application. The order was not successful but my amount Rs 1222.11 got debited from my bank account. Immediately I got a email confirmation from payment partner razorpay saying that refund has been initiated and it will take upto 5 to 7 business days to credit the refund amount back to your bank account.               Hi my name is Sunil Setpal and I ordered a product JOHN PLAYER SLIMFIT HOODED JACKET on 27th September 2022. The order ID is FN[protected]. The product was cancelled on 28th September 2022 however the same was not getting cancelled from my end. I had called customer care multiple times but they couldnt help. They tried cancelling the product from their end however to no avail. I spoke to your seniors multiple times but no one helped me regarding this. This is a technical glitch which can be resolved only by the technical team. When we cancel the order it gets initiated however post 10 minutes it again ends up showing the status as order delayed. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest and arrange to refund the money back to source account on priority.

              Hi I have placed an order of one night suit and returned it due to size isse now it’s been more than a month it has not been taken by any person i tried to contact customer care a lot but things still pending not sorted out…and one another product which I have not received yet and has been canceled from AJIO itself that is okay but that amount is still pending have not received any of my refund amount it is very difficult with AJIO to return kindly sort this out

                    My name is Ramavtar Dudhwal. I ordered 2 pair of shoes from ajio on 30th april and get delivered by 24 may that the product was different from that i ordered so I created a return on ajio on 25 may and that shoes picked up on 01 jun. My order ID is FN[protected].
                    That item was picked up but my refund was not credited into my bank account yet . But ajio claiming that tha company initiated refund on 19th jun. Here is the reference number pay_JPbEDrtEpRQE9m.

                      I did self shipping for the 2 items ordered in ajio with return id RT79103400 and RT79447463 by spending 236 Rs on self shipping and now i got them back to my address(photos attached) after wasting so much time on returning it saying warehouse has refused to take the item without even opening it..i asked them to arrange for pickup..but they are saying that pincode is not serviceable for return which i was not notified while placing order and ajio is creating all nonsense clauses for looting customer money...when a item is deliverable then it shud be eligible for return too...if return is not possible..then it shud be notified while placing order..now after frequent calls to ajio, they raised acomplaint regarding this with complaint ID :COM[protected] whicb they told will be resolved by 30 sept..but till now there is no response frm them.

                      i want pickup now at any cost as i already self shipped to the address mentioned by ajio n they refused to take any of the item..may be address is wrongly mentioned in site or ajio wants to simply loot money

                        The company never called me.they never warned me or informed me that due to lot of return my account could be blocked. There is nothing of this kind from their end. Never . Also whatever return they are saying is just due to size issue. Nothing else. From few months only I'm using ajio. Such incident of complete account block has never happened to me. Now when this has happened and can't be opened the product they are not returning. I'm highly disturbed literally feeling worst can't explain. Even I had paid for many products. They had not been delivered yet. My most humble request that don't open account no issue but atleast accept my return and issue my refund. Regards Ayushi

                          Hi, my order id is FN[protected]. I created returns many times on call and by email at [protected]@ajio.com but still, now no one can pick up my product (I created a return request for 2 items but only one return item is picked up after 45days. One item is still remaining). When I am writing a mail or call to customer care he was saying we will update in 48hr but still after more than 2 months no one picked up my items.

                              I've returned the product and it's been 2 months I've not received my refund. And in my ajio account it's showing they've refunded. Regarding the same I've called them several times plus I have mailed them sharing my bank statement, still they not resolving my issue and not refunding my money back.

                                I ordered some articles but those articles were of low quality that's why I applied for a return and delivery came to the home and picked up all the pieces but the amount was not refunded in my account nor in my ajio wallet.                                   Instead of solving the issue, they sent me this useless reply.
                                  I called their customer care. They said i should receive the coupon and said it will be resolved soon. But there is no update yet. One customer care executive even refused to read the terms and conditions of eligibility of the offer. What is this AJIO? Will you resolve it?

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Shopping

                                      The issue that I have experienced was: AJIO cancelled the delivery of two items of this order (placed on Aug 20). The order was cancelled on 1 Sep. I have been waiting for my refund since then. Every time I call customer service, they give me excuses and lies and ask me to wait for more time. They also resolve the raised complaints without actually providing a resolution. Their refund policy on the website claims refunds will be issued within 2 working days. That's definitely a lie!

                                      It occurred on: 01/09/2022

                                      This meant that I have to now pay my credit card bill including the amount that should have been refunded. I am seriously frustrated and have to waste time calling them to follow up every single day since the last month!

                                      I would like my complete refund plus reparations for mental and financial damages.
