I ordered clothes from AJIO app and applied RAKHI1000 as per the RAKSHABANDHAN promotion. I should receive the 1000/- coupon but didn't received it. I emailed the customer care about my problem and their response is as below.

Instead of solving the issue, they sent me this useless reply.
I called their customer care. They said i should receive the coupon and said it will be resolved soon. But there is no update yet. One customer care executive even refused to read the terms and conditions of eligibility of the offer. What is this AJIO? Will you resolve it?
