My audio account is hacked and I am unable to delete my account permanently. I have mailed the customer support multiple times and even called them. they are not answering the calls nor reverting to my emails. I want my account deleted.

    I have been complaining to ajio that my order status is not showing on delivering partner website. while tracking it was showing "no data is found ". But every time i called customer care, they assured me that order will reach on time. Then delivery partner told me that AJIO has not given my order items to them for delivery. After delivery time expired, AJIO cancelled my order and deducted Rs. 99 also from refundable amount .i want this money back.

      Ajio is not refund my full money for returning products. It's deduct my money without my information. I return my full payment in my account. Please return my whole money deducted by ajio.

        I have requested for return of 2 products which I ordered online Ajio.

          Return Request on Hold

          I had ordered a set of curtains on AJIO, but have been sent the wrong design by the seller. I had raised a return request for the same the day I received the package, which was Oct 9th.

          I have given AJIO all the necessary information, including a photograph of the product that was delivered. The AJIO app states that the return request would be verified by Oct 11. It is already the 12th.

          I have contacted AJIO...

          As I have ordered a saree for my grandmom, she didn't like it I want it to return the order, return also created but no one came in the desired date
          i have mailed various time
          they wanted the photo of that product as my grandmom was unable to click she bring back the product to me in a different place although I have mailed the photo with the product the return delivery person came after 2 months

            This company is totally fraud. They do not process return and refund. Will make your life hard. Totally shameless crowd.

            My return request got cancelled automatically twice and then third request is pending since long. I read other complaints from the customers that they do not refund after the return is complete. A lot of people are waiting from 9 months.

              I had ordered 2 t shirts from ajio.but raised a return request many times but no one is picking up my order.called many times at ajio customer care number.noone is available to take calls.i shall never order anything from ajio.

                    Respected Sir/ Madam,

                    I had ordered 2 track pants through Ajio website on 16 September 2022. But due to quality issues I cancelled my order and asked for refund.

                    Though I ordered 2 track pants on same day and having single bill, they delivered the items separately. (One on 19th and another on 22nd September)

                    I tried to cancel the complete order before 2nd delivery but it didn't allow me to do. So I submitted the cancellation request on 23 September.

                    I paid the amount of Rs 489 for the order. But Ajio refunded only Rs 180 and Rs 210 respectively. While contacting their customer service, they are giving me the reason of partial cancellation request and refusing to refund full amount.

                    If they would have delivered my order in 1 go, I also would have cancelled and returned in 1 go. What's the customer fault here? They are cheating their customer.

                              My 2 orders return is not picking up from past 3 attempts of raising return request .It's getting cancelled automatically after 5 days of raising return request

                              I have raised return again it's been 5 days still there is no return pick up

                              Recently again I raised return request, now it got cancelled without my consent.

                              Customer care people are only assuring that nothing will happen but what if my return window is closed and I can't initiate return

                              No action is been taken even after raising the complaint in ajio regarding this

                              My return window will close on Oct 10th. Please help me with it

                                I have purchased Net play Tshirt 2 quantity. But the size was large than I expected.So I have initiated the exchange process on the same day i received. Unfortunately the price tag was missing. I have sent an email 4 days before. Still now not received any support from Ajio. There is no customer care phone number. Disappointed with Ajio customer service.
