        I purchased 2 puma shoes. They sent me the wrong product, so I went for the exchange option, but that wasn’t available. I returned the product, and they told me my refund would be initiated. It has been more than 10 days since the delivery guy took the parcel back, and I have yet to receive a refund. Please, sort this out.

          I don't know what happen suddenly my account was logged out and i am not able to login again . I am having ajio wallet money (675) and 2 orders pending.please help me to solve this. I want my wallet money back as well as my orders. Please help

              Ajio — Amount refund issue

              I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 4 September, Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am calling them continuously . Their response is only computer generated voices. What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

              Worst experience ever with ajio, they are just looting the hard earned money of people who blindly trust on them

                I ordered a t-shirt on September 4th [Order ID FN[protected]] and payment for that was instantaneously debited from my card account.

                I received an email on September 6th stating:
                "We are sorry that we had to cancel the item(s) in your AJIO order due to unavoidable circumstances at our dispatch centre.

                COM[protected]: Pickup agent picked the product A but raised refund for different product B.
                Now i am stuck with other product B for whom refund was raised after picking product A.

                These dumbs have feel wasting time and efforts since last 50 days and not doing anything.

                  I bought a jeans from ajio and it was smaller in size and I requested to return it about 15 days ago since then I tried to return it 3 - 4 times but every time in their application it says the pick up is attempted. But actually nobody attempted I didn't get any call or nobody came here to pick it up. I tried calling their customer care but couldn't connect and I tried sending mail to them but still no use.
                  Who am I going to ask the details?

                      Every time I ordered something from ajio every single time I face some issues with either return or refund or delivery fraud.and there customer team is horrible they have most third class customer service.
                      There customer support team always sleeping they don't know even how to handle a customer.why people have to face this problem after giving so much money why people getting this kind of services

                            I have ordered the product on 08-Aug-2022 and got the product on 25-Aug-2022. Shirts quality is not good.
                            So i have placed the return on 27-Aug-2022. But they have not picked up items and my amount is not refunded.
                            I have been in contact with customer care from 1-Sep-2022 many times. But initially they told me[protected]. After 06-Sep-2022 they told me that my issue is resolved by 14-sep-2022. When contacted them again today . Now they are saying again two days. Please help me on resolving this kind of issues .

                              I had ordered some clothes from AJIO and wanted to return it. I was repeatedly asked to send pictures and information. I did so and my return was still not initiated. AJIO has a very bad app with no option of returning and no customer care number. I had to file a consumer complaint for any action to be taken. The return was initiated for 2 days. However, I had COVID and was isolating and was unable to provide the clothes for return. I reached out to them again and. have been asked again for my information, which I had previously provided mutliple times. I haven't received a response after I refused to give my information again.

                                I purchased Three teamspirit lowers from AJIO out of them i recived only two and they are just saying due to overwhemling number of orders we are delayed on this order.as delivery date of the item is 3/september/2022 till now i havent ecived it and i paid them in advanced .as now neither i get any updates from them nor the refund back.

                                  Not able to login

                                  I am trying to login to the AJIO application through OTP method. OTP is detected properly, and then when i click "Start Shopping" button, I get error "Oops Something went wrong. Please try again later". I have tried multiple times but the error is not resolved.
