Hi,
I have raised a return for a product as soon I received because of fit issues. I waited for 20 days as pick up date was till 24th June. Ajio did not pick up the product and after that when I started calling they started saying that we can not return because return/exchange window is closed. Tried writing them multiple times. Even provided proofs of return raised within return window and there was no response. Calling and writing then for a week now and not getting any proper response from them.
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I ordered an earring in ajio bur i was delivered the damaged earring that too without the price tag..when i tried yo return it they did not take it back saying there is no price tag...later i raised a complaint about the entire issue ...they took 4 days to reply and all they asked was to share the image of price tag which they had not given along with the product..later again and again i mailed them ..after that i got a call from shadowfax delivery guy wjo asked me to cancel the return and then again return with the reason " wrong product delivered" he assured me that if i do that the product will be taken back..i then requested the return cancellation ...they took 2 days to cancel one return later they cancelled it and also closed the return window even before 15 days ...this is how they purposely delay and cheat their customers..i want justice and i want my money back ..please take some action against ajio

      Ajio suddenly blocked my account and now not even helping with return of last 2 orders which were within the return window. Customer care says need to email and when I email I get a reply account is deactivated and we cannot serve you on this account anymore refer to point 9 in terms and conditions items worth around 5K stuck and are of no use due to size issue

        Not being able to place order with CoD

        Hi, I have been a regular go to customer of Ajio, always keep on ordering clothes or any accesories that i need. I have always been provided cod in my area or pincode(781023) to be precise. But today when i wanted to order something, i was not not being able to opt for cod. Please look into this matter, as i want my cod opt to work again. thank you...

        I ordered heels from Ajio, which did delivered me on 16th of June, the color i ordered is pink color, which i received is very light pink color, so i retuned that very day, now ajio is delaying refunding, saying it is not a Ajio product. Been complaining about it but there has no progress at all, so fed-up with your service system.

          Hi, during the Ajio sale, i had placed order for amount more than 7, 000/-. There was an offer that if you place order more than 7, 000 you will receive benefits worth 18, 000. The benefit was in form of coupons and products. It has been more than 20 days i placed order i did not receive any benefit. I tried reaching their customer care but no resolution. I tried to escalate but no resolution. They are doing fraud by not giving benefits to customers

              I had bought few items and after that I got to know that my account has been blocked. I have size issues and I want to exchange the products but unable to do so as I am not able to ccess my account. Customer care service is pathetic. After multuple follow up mails I got to know my ccount has been blocked due to high reverse pickups done in past and they won't be serving this account. But this is not true. I had returned few items in the past but that was due to quality issues and any customer would do that in e-commerce platform. This is why you are allowing returns/exchanges.
              This is so unethical and pathetic blocking one's account without prior notice and blocking someone's access to exchange items in case of size/quality issues.
              My humble request to Ajio that don't open account no issue but atleast accept my return and issue my refund as its a huge amount. Please.

                Their website shows that I will get bag of 10k if i shop over 7k and now they are saying it’s a lucky draw while it is clearly mentioned all are eligible for the offer

                          On 18 March 2022 I had returned the product upto now they didn't initiated the refund I have contacted ajio customer care number of times they are not responding.They are giving false statements like in 48 hours money will be refunded. I got tired by listening these statements iam requesting you please help me

                          It's the similar issue in my case. The issue is from last year and still I am following up on it. They said they will refund the amount. I haven't yet received it since months. I suggest people lodge a government consumer complaint in such case. I am going to do the same.

                            I ordered two gowns which cost nearly 6000 and retured both due to size issue. Returned pickup was done at 15 and 18 june for both successfully and toady is 30 june that is 15 days after pickup but still i didn't get my money back. I am calling them continuously but they did not tell me the reason behind not refunding amount and simply just put up a status of pickup is on hold in that order details but the fact is that they already received both the products at their warehouse right after three days from the pickup, the customer care agent told me this. They are not helping me with this issue and today they misbehaving with me and told me that you have to wait till the due date we are not able to do anything and we don't tell u the exact reason for delaying. I also sent mails over there for complaining but did not received any proper reply for that. Now i am frustrated with this behaviour because this is happening with me even after when i had returned their products and do not have that products with me. I put up a return request for the very same order on 17thst June 2022 but it got cancelled automatically again and i received a message "We're glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FN(order no). Do continue to shop with us. For details click (link)"

                              I have put up a return request again today on 29th of June 2022 and my expected return pickup is on 9th of July 2022 and on the very same date my return period for the product is going to expire after which I won't have any option to return it.

                                So I’m going for a trip and I wanted to shop so I ordered apparels from Ajio as per the size charts mentioned. However, the size charts are so wrong that I had to return most products due to fitting issue. I have still kept some products with me and I’m a genuine customer. I received my last three products yesterday and just after receiving the products Ajio has blocked my account. Since two products don’t fit me, I wish to return it and I can’t do that anymore because I can’t access my account. On calling the customer care, they said that they can’t access the account as well.

                                So now I’m left with useless products and my money is wasted. The irony is I had called the customer care few days ago to ask about return policy and they mentioned that there’s no restriction and they have easy return policy.

                                So only because they have easy returns, I was able to shop smoothly until now. Now suddenly with my account blocked, I’m so stressed about my money being wasted. It’s okay if they don’t let me create a new order, but at least I should be able to return what I have with me and I have paid for it. There should have been some intimation before placing the order, or they should mention this policy clearly. Their customer care is also so incompetent that they don’t know complete policy details. This is pure theft.

                                I need help here as my money is getting wasted and it’s left me with a lot of mental trauma since yesterday.

                                    The issue that I have experienced was: I had product on 10th April for which I had placed a return request the next day I received the product but nobody has come to pick my product and even after speaking to the customer a thousand times they are not resolving it. The address they gave on my mail id to return I personally returned it by 4 courier companies ( have receipt for all) but the return address is wrong. They have eaten my money. Fraudulent company
