      On 18 March 2022 I had returned the product upto now they didn't initiated the refund I have contacted ajio customer care number of times they are not responding.They are giving false statements like in 48 hours money will be refunded. I got tired by listening these statements iam requesting you please help me
      AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      It's the similar issue in my case. The issue is from last year and still I am following up on it. They said they will refund the amount. I haven't yet received it since months. I suggest people lodge a government consumer complaint in such case. I am going to do the same.

        I ordered two gowns which cost nearly 6000 and retured both due to size issue. Returned pickup was done at 15 and 18 june for both successfully and toady is 30 june that is 15 days after pickup but still i didn't get my money back. I am calling them continuously but they did not tell me the reason behind not refunding amount and simply just put up a status of pickup is on hold in that order details but the fact is that they already received both the products at their warehouse right after three days from the pickup, the customer care agent told me this. They are not helping me with this issue and today they misbehaving with me and told me that you have to wait till the due date we are not able to do anything and we don't tell u the exact reason for delaying. I also sent mails over there for complaining but did not received any proper reply for that. Now i am frustrated with this behaviour because this is happening with me even after when i had returned their products and do not have that products with me. Please help me for this and return my amount within 24 hours. Return id #RT70828319

          I ordered an item from ajio, it's size was smaller than I expected. I put up a return request for the very same order on 17thst June 2022 but it got cancelled automatically again and i received a message "We're glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FN(order no). Do continue to shop with us. For details click (link)"

          I have put up a return request again today on 29th of June 2022 and my expected return pickup is on 9th of July 2022 and on the very same date my return period for the product is going to expire after which I won't have any option to return it.

            So I’m going for a trip and I wanted to shop so I ordered apparels from Ajio as per the size charts mentioned. However, the size charts are so wrong that I had to return most products due to fitting issue. I have still kept some products with me and I’m a genuine customer. I received my last three products yesterday and just after receiving the products Ajio has blocked my account. Since two products don’t fit me, I wish to return it and I can’t do that anymore because I can’t access my account. On calling the customer care, they said that they can’t access the account as well.

            So now I’m left with useless products and my money is wasted. The irony is I had called the customer care few days ago to ask about return policy and they mentioned that there’s no restriction and they have easy return policy.

            So only because they have easy returns, I was able to shop smoothly until now. Now suddenly with my account blocked, I’m so stressed about my money being wasted. It’s okay if they don’t let me create a new order, but at least I should be able to return what I have with me and I have paid for it. There should have been some intimation before placing the order, or they should mention this policy clearly. Their customer care is also so incompetent that they don’t know complete policy details. This is pure theft.

            I need help here as my money is getting wasted and it’s left me with a lot of mental trauma since yesterday.

              I have complained against ajio regarding their faulty deliveries and now they have blocked me and I cannot use my account and get my money back from ajio wallet. I want my refunds back .

                The issue that I have experienced was: I had product on 10th April for which I had placed a return request the next day I received the product but nobody has come to pick my product and even after speaking to the customer a thousand times they are not resolving it. The address they gave on my mail id to return I personally returned it by 4 courier companies ( have receipt for all) but the return address is wrong. They have eaten my money. Fraudulent company

                      I ordered this product "Skechers - Textured Lace-Up Sports Shoes" through AJIO app during the offer period after paying the entire amount of Rs. 2, 519.58 on Thu, 09 Jun, 2022 with Order ID FN[protected]

                      The product was not delivered to me and there was no response from AJIO team on contacting except the text messages of failure to deliver the product.

                      On the other hand i'm getting the text messages from the delivery partner "XPRESSBEES" of client requesting future delivery, which was not the case as i did not instruct them to do so, nor received any call from them.

                      And all this happened for good 15 days.

                      Finally i raised the complaint with AJIO regarding the same, where i was informed that the product will be delivered within 24 Hrs.

                      After 24 Hrs time, i received an email and text informing that the ordered is returned to warehouse and refund will be initiated within 7 working days.

                      I mean this is a pathetic customer service from both the delivery partner and AJIO. AJIO just had my funds blocked in its wallet for good 25 days.

                      I need the product to be delivered as soon as possible at the same price i have ordered.

                      Else i need compensation for the amount i paid and for lack of service from AJIO

                          As I order a watch on 17 may of 8900 and after being delivered by Ajio I raised the return request on 18 may but they don’t picked up the order and after so many complaints they picked up order on 7 June and then today is 27 June they have not initiated my refund I am calling them regularly but they are not resolving my issue a strict action should taken against them for harassing a customer being more than a month .

                            Hi,

                            I have ordered 3 dress from Ajio worth Rs.5914 (Rs.1563, 2432, 1919 each)
                            I wanted to return thsi order, since Ajio app is not updated with "Delivery" detail, I was not able to raise return return. So i have sent a mail to Ajio customer care.

                            From 2 months they are continuously asking product details and pictures and there is no steps taken from their side to iniitiate return.

                              For multiple orders the returns are not being picked and calls are coming that customer has cancelled the return or not available at home.

                              This has been a pattern and scam to kill 3 attempts for return pick. In this case the customer has to forcible keep the product and bear financial losses.

                                  FN[protected] raised the return request for this order on 18 june and same was approved after checking by ajio team, and the item was picked up on 20 june. And on 24 june, 2022 the product reached to ajio warehouse but they denied for refund and saying the product mis-match, but then why they approved the return request first, as i send images also to ajio, but now ajio is not listening to me . I want my refund as soon as possible without any hassle

                                      I have placed an order in ajio app i got the product but because the size is not correct i have exchanged the product but the exchanged product I received is not up to the mark so decide to return it I raised a return request but the pickup guy refuse to take it back then I called customer care nd he said put this on wrong product received category so the return will initiate easily I do the same nd then they said ur refund will credited within 7-10 days (exactly on 24 June) so I waited till 24 now today on 24 June I called them to ask my order status they replied very rudely that u gave us the non ajio product (which they asked me to mark wrong product category on return request) nd we didn't initiate a return to you.Please help me🙏🙏 I want my refund .
