This is in regards to the order I passed on 7th June 2022 .Order no : FN[protected], order was worth rupees -
7795. Which includes two Giva silver earrings. Both was returnable items within 7days. one of the earrings was delivered different than my order. I ordered two different earrings, but got same two earrings.
Wrong item was delivered on 12th June 2022.
So I raised return request for both items on 14th june 2022, it was supposed to be picked up by 21st june, but Ajio cancelled my return request automatically on 22nd June.
I called customer care support many times, sent mail to customer care but got no help from the team.
Since this issue happened at their end, ajio should raise my return again for these earrings issue my refund.
Please look into this and raise my return request .
