I placed an order of (three pieces of apparel) 2277.63/- ruppe at 5:57pm .

The payment was successful(through GooglePay UPI) but when i was again redirected to the Ajio app for order confirmation there was no confirmation of the order, the order is not even showing under received order/pending payment/refund/processing .

And i am submitting my query i mail because AJIO customer support team was not connecting to technician due to their unavailability.
And i am worried because i have got no email or any message regarding this issue even though i have registered both my email and mobile no. with AJIO .

After no help from the app i tried 1.Calling AJIO customer support (No agent was available to take call ) 2. I emailed them explaining the issue (They sent me text of refund processing after 4-5 hours) And after 2-3 days refund was processed into my account .

    I haven't received my refund yet against my order (order ID: #FL[protected]). On 5th April my refund was initiated but still it is not reflect in my account. I raised this issue but customer care did not reply.

        Have given all details ajio asked me over email but still, they give a completely different answer each time.

        I have also sent them the Paytm wallet statement, where the refund is missing till date.

        Almost 2 months past now.

          Hello,
          This is complaint about AJIO.
          In February of this year I have ordered clothes from AJIO, two items I returned and got money refunded. Order ID FL[protected] from 23/01/2022.
          Since I was planning to make one more order I have kept refunded money in my AJIO wallet.
          Next order with ID FL[protected] from 07 of February was done with COD payment option, money from wallet were taken to partially pay for this order and adjustment was displayed from common summ but not for separate items, so it was not clear for which item in my order wallet money were used .
          Here are details ( pure maths):

          Total amount 3975.00
          AJIO wallet money taken :- (minus ) 282.16
          Amount to be paid: 3692.84

          Delivery came in four parts(screenshot ll be attached):
          1. 294+288= 582
          2. 299
          3. 507
          4. 2587
          Summary is 582+299+507+2587= 3975


          Usually items from AJIO come in few parts and few parcels. So, when I started getting deliveries I noticed, that i am paying full amount for each item as if my wallet money are not adjusted, I have called to[protected] [protected]@ajio.com and explained situation, they asked me to wait till order ll be complete and assured me that mistake won't happen.
          I have got all items by 11 of February and I paid full amount in cash. My money from wallet were taken out and never refunded, not used for payment of this order too.
          For almost two month from February 14 i am in communication with [protected]@ajio.com. Firstly they have tried to convince me that amount was used for payment, but I have proven that it was not, as on each packet amount to be collected was mentioned.
          Than Ajio customer care said delivery person had collected wrong amount - which is also not true, as on a package it was clearly written how much to collect exactly and if it is true than it is internal issue of company and delivery partner, customer has not to suffer loss.
          Here are few complaints numbers: Complaints ID: COM[protected], COM[protected], COM[protected].
          Last reply I have got on 29 of March 2022 and as usuall it says -all issues solved, money fefunded.
          But it is not true.
          I want to make it public, that such kind of misuse of trust of customers is practicing on AJIO.
          It is not a big amount, but its matter of principle- I have trusted my money to AJIO, money misused and not being returned even after many complaints. Never expected such a cheap tricks from AJIO.

          Company refunded money on Ajio wallet and there was no option to transfer money to my bank account. So I am closing complaint few months later - after I used money from wallet to pay for order . Not fully satisfied as money were held with Ajio for long. Grateful to Consumercomplaints.in 🤝👍👏

            I had returned a product ( embellished pant -suit set order no -FL[protected] dated 02-2-22 on 9-3-22 and was picked ip by ajio courier partner on 9-3-22 . A courier reciept has been shared by me to their customer care also as demanded by them .
            Now its been a month and i have not recieved my refund in my bank account for rs 20700/- against this order .
            I have been repeatedly contacting their grievience officer aldo and they have raised a new complaint against this concern issue complaint no - COM[protected] on 03-4-22

            Kindly help and refund my money

              I have ordered few items on March 27, 2020 using AJIO app. I have done the payment of Rs. 1, 925.98 through UPI (Phonepe) and payment was successful.
              My Order was not placed but amount was debited. I spoke to consumer care staff but no proper response. Please help me to get my money back.

                I ordered kids clothes on march 7th through ajio app. Received 2mens tshirts instead of 5 kids items in march 18th. Immediately complained through customer care phone. Then followed up many times through customer care phone and mails. Till mow no action been taken. Didn't recieved my clothes neither refunded my money till now. How many times call to customer care they say we have noted. We have escalated but no action taken

                    I have ordered a shirt from Ajio . The size of the said item was too small and I have applied for return of product. I have returned with proper tags and all within said days. It was said as soon as the product reaches back the refund will be initiated but there is nothing like that. The dashboard says refund initiated and refunded but it is not reflecting in my account. Its been 15 days. I complained this issue on their site itself as well as customer care. But they are not providing any replay and keeping silent

                        I placed an order of rs. 1772.02 on 4th, April and rs. 1622.34 on 2nd April. Money got deducted but order not placed. Money was deducted from my phone pay app but order was not placed . Please see the attachment as proof and initiate my refund as soon as possible.

                                  I dont know whats ur prblm i am a regular user of ajio ahopping from since more than 2 yrs and now even u are not solving my problem not serving cod in my loacality since very long time i cant even shop, have sent many emails complaining regarding my issue but no responce what nonsense i just tried to see avability of cod throughy another account and it was valid in my locality but not through my own phn number i just need to resolve my problem plzz its a great request from my side

                                    I have placed an order with Ajio Order# FN[protected](2 Items)
                                    Order placed on 7th March 2022. After that Ajio official courier partner Xpress didnt deliver order to me. Then I approached Courier person the said that my mobile number is wrong. The courier person said that you need to change the mobile number with Ajio Customer Care. Then I approached them it is not possible with us yo need to contact courier person. It is about to one month I have contacted courier partner and Ajio Customer Care many a time ther are giving fake promises fake delivery attempts. Both partners are lying and not shown any solution. I am here with attaching the complaint details of Ajio Customer Care Services. Pls find

                                      This is with regards to order no FN[protected] for Avaasa Mix N' Match Printed Straight Kurta (product[protected] which was returned on 26th March 2022 @ 10.26am to Delhivery person against AWB [protected] & pickup code DLVPC[protected]. AJIO team mentions that they do not have record of this pickup with them. I have been struggling with return of this product from past 15-20 days as there were instances of fake pickup attempts as well. Finally the person came to collect this on 26th March 2022 after which SMS was received highlighting AWB, pickup code and that it was successful. The person did not share any acknowledgement receipt nor did AJIO team mention this fact. I have been writing to grieviance team to AJIO and customer care from 25th March and had several calls with their customer care as well for this issue. Inspite of having all proofs with me, the company is simply creating complaint IDs and not refunding my money. This is a very simple issue of logistics for which customer is being blamed. The delivery person also had two return IDs with him for the same product which is also shared from my side with AJIO team as probable reason of confusion. Still no response form their side and it is very frustrating to buy from AJIO going ahead. Appreciate quick action for refund. Event the website of Delhivery shows product returned to AJIO on 30th March against [protected], and attached screenshots showing the same price and product name as well. SMS screenshots of product successfully collection also attached for reference.

                                        Ajio is a fraud company and despite doing multiple followups I have still not received my refund of Rs.2000.
                                        I had created multiple complaints and had sent multiple emails for the same but no response. They don’t connect my calls to the support team and my complaint is registered under ID- COM[protected].
                                        Please help me getting my refund. The pickup is already done months back but still haven’t got my money back.
