Hi my order id is FL[protected] i have order lee cooper jeans from ajio. But size is smaller than expected. I have order this product on 28dec 2021 product was recieved on 5th jan 2022. But size is smaller than expected i have return this product on 5th jan 2022. But they didnt picked up my product and they said they have same problem thats y they not picked up they delayed that return days now 35days completed they r saying ur return period...

I have ordered 3 products from Ajio worth 2000 rupees. Since those fabric is not good I have opted for return.
Immediately after 1 week of receiving those products . No one has reached me for collecting those products. I have dropping mails from 2 weeks but no proper response from worst service fellows. And finally they said that the return option was closed as the time was elapsed.
Ajio is not at all fair company it's a cheating...

My registered number with AJIO is [protected], 31/01/2022, i tried to make, payments for purchase a women's wear at ajio website, after i add the product to my cart and proceed to payment, and unfortunatly then payment has debited from my balance and, during just before conforming the order website became unreachable, and then i refresh the page and again repay the same amount from paytm postpaid balance, and the same issue occurs. I have made my payment of rs. 191/- for a dennislingo premium attire shirt of size 42 at 11:50 pm on Monday Jan 31 through paytm.

I didn't receive an order ID and it isn't showing in my orders. Money is debited from my bank account.

Please clarify the issue 7days completed till now no refund...

Ajio order says delivered on 3rd February 2022, but that items are not delivered yet & I have not received a single call from Ajio or a delivery boy.
Ajio Customer care No. is not passing to the Customer care executive. I have given through email complaint no. of time. None of them are replied. I think it's a fraud company....

I ordered #Fl[protected] product from ajio.I didn't like it so i returned it so many times and yet it was not returned somehow by misleading practices of Ajio.I raised a complaint mentioning that ajio should check in the images I sent that the order id on the barcode of the product was different from what I was ordered by me.It was returned back to ajio and after several days i recieved a mail from ajio that your product was a non ajio product...

Ajio is not giving refund on my order. The product was already returned around 4 months back.
Their email customer support is just clueless about how to resolve any issue. Talking to Ajio email customer service seems like they are scammers. They will address me with new name each time they will contact me....

MONEY DEDUCTED FROM BANK ACCOUNT BUT ORDER WAS NOT PLACED

I tried to order a shirt from ajio worth around 500/- . I had to pay 99/- after the coupon discount.Money got deducted from my account but the order was not confirmed.When I asked for refund they made an excuse by telling to wait for 48 hrs . It has been 3 days still I haven't got my refund.

I have returned an item from ajio and the delivery boy has taken the item. But he is not able to dispatch is because the EAN number doesn't match. Such carelessness from AJIO that I am not able to return my product. I no longer have the product with me nor did I get the refund back. Ordered 2 jackets cash on delivery there was a issue with product returned a week back still not received my refund....

I have been trying to return two shoes. Since I work, I am not available at my home address at a certain time. I requested several times to schedule the pick up before or after my office time but the employees of the delivery partner of Ajio are rude and insisted that I carry the parcel to my workplace and return from there. I refused saying this was not possible as parcels are too big to fit into my scooter. I also don't want to leave them...

Few days back I was unable to log in to my account, so I called customer care and there they told me my account has been block. Inspite of blocking my account they kept sending mh pending order instead of canceling them. Now I received all useless/wrong products which I can't even use or exchange.
I've spent my hard earned money on this and I feel terrible and cheat by the company like ajio....

Placed order worth rs2048.28 on ajio website for a Jeans on 12th January. jeans was never delivered but on website mentions delivered on 20th January....

I have returned a few items ordered from ajio and even after successfully reaching of them to the warehouse, my refund is not initiating. They raise complains and then close them saying refund will be initiated but it still hasn't.

I recieved a wrong color product and when i returned it these people are not accepting the product saying that its a non ajio product and we are shipping it back. The refund is stuck for over a month now and then i got this mail. I had complained about it on the app also earlier that i got a yellow colored pullover instead of green along with the picture. Initially i faced the problem that i cudnt place a return request for around 10-15 days...

I have returned a few orders and refund not received in 6months time also despite several complaints and reminders. Orders were cancelled and no refund received. Since August I am requesting them to return my money but all in vein. This company is a fraud and it's been made for cheating purpose and money laundering....

I am not getting otp to use my ajio wallet money.
Details of Issue: When I login with mobile number I am not seeing money in my wallet.
if I login with email ID I am able to see wallet money.
Because of this issue (2 accounts of my name with same mobile and email id) I am not recieving otp to email or mobile number...

Return picked up 3 months ago, but the refund has not been credited to my account
