They send us parcel without tag and not allowed to open in front of delivery boy so I recorded the video while opening it and there was no tag again in the parcel and without tag they don't entertain return. What customer will do if he or she wanted to return it

    There's no price tag when i received the product and the product is not good.
    So i requested for a return, but i got declined twice, saying there's no price tag.
    I talked to the customer care many times, but there's no appropriate response and they aren't answering my emails .

          We have returned the clothes and were collected by AJIO executives. The status on their website showed order returned. However suddenly after 1 month they changed status to return cancel and our refund is not being given by the company.

            I recieved a wrong product from Ajio and so i requested for a refund. I have still not recieved my refund and i tried to contact their support but time and again they give useless reasons and future dates.Plz look into the matter. My return id is #RT58601685

              Gold coin received in poor condition

              Dear Sir,

              On 6th February we ordered a gold coin from Ajio and paid using our citibank credit card. The order id for the same is FL[protected]. The same was delivered on 19th. The product did not come in a Reliance jewellery box but was packed in a transparent packet and was taped from the back side. Due to taping of the back part of the certicard a considerable amount of glue has been left on the back side of the certicard...

                I wanted to buy a shoes from ajio and upon filling all the details, I finished doing ky payment worth rs. 1271 from mobikwik and payment was succesful i.e. my amount was debited from account but its not showing in mynorders placed

                  I ordered bangles from ajio.com and it was charged doubled the product and still there's no refund or pickup has been done and when I complained they are just giving dates after dates but there's no solution since a month.

                    This is regarding an order I made on Ajio app on 15 Dec 2021. The order details are as follows:
                    ID: FLO[protected]
                    4 Products:
                    1. Allen Solly pencil skirt - Rs. 629.65, status - Delivered on 17 Dec 2021
                    2. Lee Cooper Slim Fit Jeans - Rs. 989, status - DELIVERY DELAYED
                    3. Team Spirit Track Pants - Rs. 349.30, status - DELIVERY DELAYED
                    4. Team Spirit mid rise joggers - Rs. 374.85, status - DELIVERY DELAYED

                    Of the above items only item #1 was delivered and rest three have not been delivered yet!!! It has been almost 2.5 months but the status in app still shows delivery delayed due to transition issue!!
                    I tried to cancel this order from app and by calling customer care many many times but they didn't cancel the order and asked me to wait for items to get delivered and then return them. This way I raised 4 complaints, ticket IDs are as follows:

                    COM[protected]

                    But all these complaints were closed with NO RESOLUTION!!! The order has neither been cancelled yet nor getting delivered!!!

                    I called their customer care many times & wrote multiple mails and followed up many times but their response is always they create another complaint & close it without any proper resolution!!
                    My order is still stuck with no update on where it is & no support at all from Ajio's end!!!
                    I have been extremely frustrated by multiple follow ups & no resolution since 2.5 months!!
                    Please help me get this order resolved, either Ajio should cancel the order & give my refund else if they can't cancel it then deliver the order asap so I can return it.

                        I received my shoes from ajio yesterday, without any price tag on them and the color of the shoes is variable from the pictures.so i initiated for the return within hours, and today the delivery person came.He rejected the return saying there's no price tag on the product, which is also my concern.

                            I have cancelled a product and get the message saying pick up scheduled but not receiving any call from the agent.

                            The service has been poor.

                            I have contacted customer Care on mail and phone

                            Services are horrible

                            I self shipped a product as per the mail from customer care the product is returned to me

                                I ordered shirt but recieved an dirty cap i don't know why i never expected that with Ajio i return that product but dilevry boy not acxepting it because seriously he also saying it is not acceptable what is this i am tatally disappointed with that i blindly believe that Ajio is a brand and he never giving any wrong product because i pay for that very high money but now i feel very bad experience i don't know who did this i still believe Ajio is not doing this may be someone when the product is shipping chnge the parcel may be anything but why i pay for that fraud i want my money back i want refund please Ajio its your duty to search who did this not mine please refund my money please

                                    I received my order #FL[protected] on 16th February, 2022. But the product that I received was completely different from what I ordered.
                                    I placed the return request and also shared the picture of the wrong product that I got.
                                    It has been 4 days today and there is no response from their end.also I mailed to their customer care support but I got no help.

                                      I order two jackets from ajio then due to size issue I returned them but now company is not providing refund they always give me new excuse that wait 10 days wait 15 days but didn't provide any solution now they are talking in very bad way and still giving excuses like we are processing we are doing it's been over a month and I still didn't receive any refund please help.
