    Order number FL[protected]. 2 silver items returned and ajio gave refund on only one item and its warehouse staff is also such a fraud, that they didn't want yo update me on my self shipped returns that are already delivered and that warehouse staff continuously claimed as, they need to check and never updated. I supplied dtdc proof of package delivered. 925sterling silver rose gold opulent desire drop earrings of Rs 1814.46 is held for item they received and NOT giving refund

          Product picked up but refund not done

          I am regular user of ajio for many years. I returned a product Button-Down Cardigan with Ribbed Hems
          My refund was initiated on 10 January 2022 but the amount did not reflected in my mobikwik wallet from which I made the transaction for this product. My order id is #EX[protected]

          I complaint against it to customer care they said they will process the refund but now they sent an SMS...

          This is to bring to your notice that I have ordered jacket from your app on 27 November 2021 but due to some reason I have returned it on 9 December 2021. I have been told that I will get my money back on 7-9 working days in my account but I didn't received any amount yet. Several times I have sent a mail and called your customer executive but didn't get any response from your side. Your customer executive didn't talk properly and make excuses while I get a mail from your company that your solution have been resolved but I didn't get a single penny.This is the worst scene that would have happened to me in my entire life. Last week again I have raised a complain about it and today i get a mail that your complain have been resolved.
          This is my last mail now I'm giving you 2 days to fix this problem and return my amount to my respective account which is already given to you. After 2 days I'll file a complain in civil court and further action will be taken against you last but not least don't ever try to take this easy.
          So it's a humble request to fix this issue as soon as possible

            I ordered a Product from Ajio on 19th December 2021 and what I recieved a different product as I faced in past. But, this time they are reshipping back it to me and denying for refund. On 27th December 2021, I returned the product and told I recieved different product. Now, they are saying it a non-Ajio product and Re-Shipping it back to me and denying for refund. I don't know my fault, but they putted the cost on me for the product. Now, I want my refund and don't re-ship the product back to me. What will I do with that product which I don't need.

                Prepaid order FL[protected] placed on Jan 7th. Order not delivered yet. Status is updated as customer not reachable while i keep getting auto recorded message asking 'Did you receive delivery attempt'.

                I am tired of tracking the order status for more than 3 weeks now.

                  Hi,

                  I had placed a return on this order for a mavi topin December 2021.
                  Order ID : FL[protected]

                  The top was different from what I had ordered.
                  1. The style was totally different
                  2. The size was a huge one
                  3. Product was damaged
                  When I placed the return request, the app asked for a photograph, which I uploaded, and the return was picked up with the barcode and no image.

                  It was picked up around the last week of December.
                  When I checked later, it said the refund will be processed on 3rd January because this was a different return case. After 20 plus emails and numerous calls to the call center, today I was sent back the product saying it's a non Ajio Product.
                  After talking to the call center executive for over 1 HOUR, She gave me a resolution to write an email.

                  The product with the mavi Brand is a cheap Chinese product.
                  The brand tag is stitched on it.

                  Ajio should check with the Quality team on the return Prior to this, to understand who committed this shameless FRAUD, instead of penalising me when I placed a return with an image within minutes of receiving the product.

                  The product value is about 1300 Rs, and they are refusing to refund.

                      I am tracking a refund of my product which I have already returned to Ajio, and I have already raised a complaint for this. Every time I speak to ajio, they say it is under process or we tried but refund could not go through successfully from ajio's end. Now let me make it very clear to you ajio. That was my original product order number FL[protected], and I got it replaced with a different size with order ID EX[protected]. The complainant number against that order is COM[protected]. Refund was supposed to be done by maximum 28th December 2021, which I never received and got delayed and according to complaint it was supposed to be refunded by 05th January 2022, which again I never received. I spoke to 6 agents in the past few days, they never provided any resolution and in fact one of the agents a few days ago took my bank details and IFSC CODE over the call, and said that has been updated on manual tracker for the backend team, so they could process a refund successfully. I have already written emails many many times to ajio for same issue, and I have sent my two different bank details to ajio one account details via email and 2nd one is over call to agent who asked for it. Reason why I provided my 2nd bank account details to agent, because she said to account which ajio tried transferring money, got failed thrice, so I decided to send my different bank account details, hoping that works, but i never ever received money from Ajio rs 4619. 25 to any of my bank account. If you need proof I can send you all my bank statements, how did I pay, and I never received this refund yet. Even your agents are difficult to understand, every time I speak to them, it takes time to explain them the whole situation and they never come with resolutions, and just today spoke to one of your agents, she couldn't even understand this, put me on hold, came back and said sir you will get this refund with 7-9 business days. Wowwwwwww is it a joke???????????????? She didn't even understand what I am talking about, what is my concern... Ajio i really really reallllllllllllllly need to sort this out asap.
                      The above message that I have typed now it was written to ajio on 13th January 2022, after that I have already spoken to almost 25 customer care agents from ajio, but i was always given false promises and they made me fool saying that I will be getting my refund, but I haven't received my refund yet. I have shared my both bank account details with as well as my bank statements also with them. Even one of the customer care agents from ajio asked my bank details over the call. I am fully tired calling and emailing to ajio, they even don't understand what kind of situation a customer may be going through. I am now completely hopeless and tired and completely out of money. They have updated so many complaints but no resolution has been given to me yet. You are the only last hope complaint team, please help please help please. 🙏🏻 🙏🏻

                        I placed an order at 3 40 pm on 19/8/2021 ..for payment the page was directed to phonepay the amount was deducted from my account but suddenly one item got out of stock and the order was blurred and couldn't be placed i didn't get any confirmation on ajio and it was not showing in orders also.please do something this is my 10th time writing my complaint..when will I get my money back?                                 I raised the complaint towards my ajio order on November 21, till date I didn’t get my refund.i talked to customer support executives like krishna, harshitha and many people they are not at all resolved are not at all allowed to talk to their superiors regarding this issue, they put my call in waiting for more hours and tested my patience and wasted my time . I got exhausted and now giving the complaint.

                                    On dec 13, 2021 I placed an order. Unfortunately I placed it to my university address and couldn't check until it is out for delivery but I graduated from that University. I tried contacting delivery team but failed. I don't know to whom they delivered it and as it is a exchange order, only 15 rs needs to pay for that product. On the same day itself I informed to expressbess ( courier partner) regarding this issue.

                                    How can they deliver prepaid order to someone without asking any proof. Kindly, help me.

                                    Ajio raised a complaint and closed it stating it is resolved. I don't even know what they resolved. It's been one month and still they are giving irrelevant responses.

                                      I placed an order from Ajio on January 12th 2022. I did not like the product so I placed a return for it. But it was unsuccessful because the delivery partner told me that the EAN number given on the tag is incorrect. i was asked to send a mail and I did. I did everything I was asked to do by the customer care executives but they still haven't resolved the issue. I have been facing so many issues even though the mistake was made by them. I haven't used the product and all the tags are still intact. their customer care personnel are so stupid that they can't understand what the customers are trying to say. I want to return the product as soon as possible and I want my money back.
