I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 12th november 2021. The return id is- RT50428577. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me . Their team called me and saved their part by saying that refund is done from our side. I havn't got the money back in my bank account. Please help.

I have order a jacket for my sister on 23rd of October 2021 and the product was small in size. Therefore, i have place a return request and return schedule on 11th Nov 2021. I have waited but no response from AJIO not even single message of why the product was not picked up. I now made a call to the customer care 9 time one after another for at least 9 days but their response was just " sorry for inconvenience your issue is in progress " and now i got a message that i have to return the product by my self. Which i dont think will solve my issue. Please help me. Thank you

Returned an ajio product 10 days ago with return id RT50197515. It was picked up from me on 9 nov 2021 and reached warehouse on 15 nov 2021. But till now i haven't got refund. Please help me to get refund.

I have return the product as on date 03.11.21 after that I couldn't received any updation regarding refund of Rs. 599.70 .only In order section there is remark as initiated. Now it has been more than 15 days I haven't received my refund I called at customer care they told me refund initiated as on date 06.11.21 which dosent make sense if there is initiation it should be reflect now . I have ask for reference number but they dont have that also. this is clearly cheating . they just keeping me on hold from long time. I want my refund at earliest.

They don't take action against customer query.This is my.last shopping from Ajio flipkart amazon myntra max they are just amazing with customers service..Ajio is hopeless
My money is stuck with Ajio
Please refund immediately if not I am going to raise a complaint in consumer court

The issue that I have experienced was: The product which I recieved was completely different from from what I ordered.This is really frustrating as we devote our precious time in selecting the product and later we get to know that the product we ordered was never with us.Also in such case the company should be very sympathetic and eager to resolve this case because they should know the mindset of a consumer but in this case it is quite opposite...

Order ID : FL[protected] I have ordered two t-Shirts on November 1st which cost of INR : 2077/- It has to be delivered by 12Th of November . But product was not dispatched and iam contacting customer service and asking to cancel it no one is responding properly, They are asking me two wait till Two days and when iam contacting them they're again doing the same, So many customers are sufferings with this company

In AJIO app I ordered some artificial jewels and I paid it through phone pay app and amount debited successfully but my order not placed

Its been more than a week but i have not recieved refund

15 nov. Ko return parcel lne aya delivery boy. But ere pas return pickup successful ka msg ni aya .. kal ajio k trf s msg aya.. k apka return cancel ho gya he.. it means unhone mera return product lelia.

This product order from my sbi net banking but my money deducted from my bank account but not order placed or Order id so please refund my money or order place immediately

No update for the return request. Got messages that pick up is scheduled but nobody contacted and got a message pick up was unsuccessful. Requested again and it's same. So tried to cancel return and opt for exchange, that too is not working. Cancel button is not working.

I complain against ajio they not initiate refund of my payment deducted 12 oct 21 but order not booked they always tell wait for two days
36 days passed i also mail to ajio but no response
They also automatically reply wait for two days

It's over 3 months now I haven't received any refund for the ajio products I returned even though I have contacted the customer service multiple times and each time a complaint was raised for which I never got any resolution till date. The company doesn't even respond to emails which is really frustrating as a single complaint requires multiple follow ups.

I have gifted 2 things to my friend as she want to change one thing but she gave both the things back i have given return request for one. What to do now

I placed an order for some items from AJIO today and the amount was credited from my account but order was not placed.

I see Ajio service is worst to the core. Their return policy and the customer satisfaction has to be brought to Zero i guess.

I have Booked the material in AJIO for 7 Items, they show differently and nice in photos, once we receive the material, they are worst. i have returned all the items to AJIO. the Delivery boy verified them and took the material.

The confirmation not received for 2 materials even after 20 days, i reached customer care, they even not bothered to respond. They say we will call later with our manager. mail service is even bad. They simply saying the material has damages that is why we did not refund you money for 2 items, rest we transferred.

I will ask them why your delivery boy checked and taken the product after verifying and how come the product damaged. This is ridiculous and will not show any qualifying comment. They are cheating us. i recommend not to buy any from AJIO. As cusotmer service is poor.

I have returned shoes of 18th oct, and return initiated on 25oct but i have not recived money in my bank account. Return id is #RT48562993
And also i call in costumer care many times but they said we are proceed but i have not recived also they give me a Refund Reference Number: WUR[protected] and i will check in bank also but tbey are not receive payment in my account. Please help me amd check what is the issue.
