I see Ajio service is worst to the core. Their return policy and the customer satisfaction has to be brought to Zero i guess.
I have Booked the material in AJIO for 7 Items, they show differently and nice in photos, once we receive the material, they are worst. i have returned all the items to AJIO. the Delivery boy verified them and took the material.
The confirmation not received for 2 materials even after 20 days, i reached customer care, they even not bothered to respond. They say we will call later with our manager. mail service is even bad. They simply saying the material has damages that is why we did not refund you money for 2 items, rest we transferred.
I will ask them why your delivery boy checked and taken the product after verifying and how come the product damaged. This is ridiculous and will not show any qualifying comment. They are cheating us. i recommend not to buy any from AJIO. As cusotmer service is poor.
