I had been ordered Arrow brand trouser of 30 no.
I received GAP brand trouser of 36 no.
So I requested return on same, I had three attempts of rejection of return, as code on received GAP trouser tags didn't match with ordered Arrow trouser.
I had mentioned reason for return, on first request, and then after three mails to customer care.
They replied me with automated email s, not a single person is able to solve the problem.
Hopeless customer service, l never seen,
I quit Ajio, for very worst consumer services
If same problem is not resolved in next 24hr, l will take chance through consumer forum.
