I ordered a Nike Phantom GT2 Football Shoes today on Ajio.com
but now when I click on "orders" it shows " Oops! We are unable to load your orders at the moment " .
and when I click on " Customer Care", it shows "Checked Valid" but when I click on the said order, it shows " " There is no message for this order" .

I have ordered 4 items in morning, I have done the payment by UPI(Google Pay) and the payment was successful.
It was also not showing in my order. But I didn't receive an SMS confirmation or mail for the order placed. Order is also not showing in the My orders section.
Please look into this.

I received a return amount in my ajio wallet and since then it is stuck in my wallet. The amount category says that it is transferable to bank account but there is no option to transfer it. I’ve sent emails to customer care and ajio grievance officers but got no response what so ever.
Kindly help me!

I have ordered 7 items just now, I have done the payment by debit card and payment was sucessfull.
It was also showing that order got placed.
But I didnt receive any sms confirmation for order placed.
Order is also not showing in My orders section.
Please look into this.

I orders 7 kurtis in ajio and I payed the amount but till now I didnot get any information regarding the order please check the status of my order.

Ajio has delivered the incomplete order in July 2021 and since then I am following up for tne refund but there is no response from Ajio. They are just wasting my time everytime I call them but have not refunded my money yet

I ordered a pair of Denims worth 9, 700 Rupees from Ajio Luxe that didn't fit me. Since the next size was not available I decided to return the article. It was picked up on Aug 18 2021 but I haven't received the refund yet though I was promised a date of Aug 30.

I have called the customer care 10 times, used chat option, requested a call back from supervisor, sent emails to the customer care and grievances officer but every time I am given a new Complaint ID with a promise of escalating to a "Team" and initiating the refund soon. One of the representative told me that the article has not reached the warehouse yet hence the refund has not been initiated. This is clearly the case of article being misplaced or company not being able to track and at this point I neither have the product nor my money.

I made a purchase on 7th September for an amount of Rs 1952 through my credit card.The amount was deducted but payment failed. Since then I have been trying to reach customer care but all I get is automated chat bot responses. There is no customer care person I can speak to. Not sure if I will get a refund. Feel cheated and highly disappointed with the service.

Ajio initiated a refund amount of 558.55 in my bank account from my ajio wallet to 14/09/2021 but amount did not credited in my bank account. I contact to ajio customer care and he provided me a rrn no.[protected] and said that i contact to my bank. I contact my bank he said that he does not provide any information regarding rrn no. And said that contact to ajio and ajio will provided information about rrn no.

I had placed an order for 2 Dillinger t-shirts on AJIO app with order ID: FL[protected]. However, I didn't receive those 2 t-shirts and it is marked as delivered in app. I have written multiple emails, raised multiple complaint request(Complaint IDs: COM[protected], COM[protected], COM[protected], COM[protected]) but, I have neither received any refund till date nor any update on the issue.

I have not received refund for the two products that i returned to AJIO successfully, however when contacting their customer care via email, i m just receiving automated mails stating we are looking into it and i should check the status through their APP, however the tracking feature in their APP doesnot work for my products its either get hang or be unresponsive.

For Order ID: FL[protected], it shows refund initiated on 28th JUly, 2020, however till date i have not received the refund amount in my account.

For Order ID: #RT43367084, the status shows 'Refund will be initiated when the item reaches our warehouse and passes our quality check', however its been over a month now the order was picked by AJIO pickup guy and now it shows the item was self shipped, which is completely a wrong information provided by AJIO.
