It has been 48 hours since I received my package but the app still shows item out for delivery with two days old date. I have to return the package which was a shirt as it has a hole in it which cannot be done unless it says delivered on the app.

I had placed an order on July 28 2021 for which an amount of Rs.1084 was debited from my account BUT the order was not placed.

After multiple calls and mails with their customer care executives a complaint was finally raised on August 08 2021 with Complaint ID COM[protected] and resolution was promised by 18 August.

Now the resolution shows as of 26 August solved but where is my money?
The amount certainly got deducted from my account to theirs.

I ordered a white shoes order id FL[protected] .It delivered to me on 23 august.After 2 days i request for return (return id RT[protected] becuse size is larger than expected and today when the pick up man came to pick it up we noticed there is no price tag on the item.

On 16th of August, I’ve ordered 3 items from ajio and it was delivered to me on 24th. But the shock is i only got delivered 2 out of three products when i paid for all three of them. I’ve tried multiple times to reach customer care they say its “resolved” but it is not and I’m thoroughly disappointed and in desperate need for my issue to be solved.

I ordered a red kurti. It delivered to me on 21 August. On this same day i request for return it. Because its a worn product and today when the pickup person came to pick it up i noticed there is no price tag on it. Also its have a hand steach on coller.

I wanted ordered few stuffs from Ajio and after the payment optns the amount of Rs. 3305/- got deducted from my account but the order was showing unsuccessful. And i mailed quite a lot of time to the Ajio customer mail id but there was no respond kindly help me with the same. Either return my amount on my account or else add that amount to my Ajio Wallet....

I ordered a semi stitched of AJIO order with ID: FL[protected] from Ajio app. Due to some reasons had to return it. Return processes were all sorted and refund was initiated on 12th of August.

Recieved refund initiated email quoting "We have initiated a refund of Rs.2187.06 and you should expect to see it appear in your bank account within next 5-7 business days." on 12th August.

Refund not received yet it's 25th August now.

I bought five articles worth Rs 7458.94 article from ajio.com on 1st July, 21.
Order Id is FL[protected], three articles were returned, refund I recieved for 3 articles, I didnot recieve 4th article, so i cancelled that order but refund has been initiated yet for the fourth one. Kindly help.

They canceled the order on 24/8/21without proper reason.
I contacted customer care But didnt get proper response from them, telling silly reason for the same.
They wasted my time upto now.
