Ajio — bad quality product and not done return pickup even after 25 days, refund not given

I have placed an order on 22nd dec 2019, product was delivered on 24th dec 2019 and i have created a return request on 1st jan 2020. They have 30 days return policy. Firstly i have received a duplicate and defective faded product and the thread coming out few. It was said that the return pickup will be done before 7th jan 2020. Everyday we used to carry the product to office to give for pickup as there wouldnt be anyone at home so given office address. There wasnt any intimation from them, then i contacted them and escalated the issue on 6th, they said it will be done. But it was not, the pickup agent also has not contacted us and simply saying false information that pickup was attempted. Atleast he should call us, but there was no call. Later again i have called on 8th, 10th, 13th, 14th, 16th and continuously i have been trying and making escalations. But the issue is not resolved and now today 18th jan 2020 also i called them, again they are asking time. Firstly i need my refund of my money, they pickup is their headache even though its a damaged. After all this headache if the product had been good i would have cancelled the return request and would have kept the product with myself. But thats not the case. I have been carrying the product daily with public transport since 19 days and suffering. But there is no action from them even the customer care agents also they repeat the same thing that it will not repeat but they dont even update the issue properly. Every time i call them i have to explain issue from the begining. I also told them i need my refund immediately so that we can use it for travel and clothes for the festival. I want this to be solved immediately and my refund as well..
I was tortured and suffered all these 25 days. Now they are saying return period over so earlier return got cancelled. Has to raise new again, so they asked images, i shared and they raise complaint and then when they get approval they will process return request again it seems. My worry is they didnt pickup the product, its their mistake, for that they are troubling me and i am the one who is suffering. They are postponing always, now saying will update by 28th jan 2020, which is very long. And i am in need of money.
Kindly help and resolve this in refunding my money
