Ajio — Blocked account

My account has been blocked by Ajio.on Enquiry, they replied that the account has been blocked as non ajio items have been returned. When I have never returned any ajio products.
Now, I need to return items for size and colour issue. Please get my account unblocked so that it may be possible.
