Ajio — Blocked my account

I have been shopping with ajio for quite sometime now and then suddenly i get an email from their end saying they have blocked my account because of high returns, so what if i have returned their products, the product quality would not be matching my expectations so i am obviously going to return them ! And just because of that you can’t block me, either levy delivery charges or some other measure .
Very upset with ajio and would not recommend anybody to use it henceforth.
