Had ordered recently on ajio online. Multiple issues with the order.
1. I cancelled the product yet they shipped the product. They did not return the amount as it was shipped.
2. They told that when the order comes I can not accept and it will get cancelled. But the delivery person told he can not cancel so had to accept the order.
3. After I received I tried raising a request but the website has some glitch and in the order there is cancelled and delivered item, so not letting me to raise a return request.
4. I contacted customer team after almost 20 calls and 30 mins minimum wait. They told they would resolve the issue in some days.
Now on website the customer complaint says it’s resolved and they will get back which they have not and I can’t get through to customer care.
