I had ordered KETCH PANELLED PANTS WITH INSERT POCKETS on 6th June 2023 ( Order Number #FN[protected] ). At the time of delivery I recieved a tampered and wrong product. At that moment I called the customer service team and explain them all my issues. They requested me to return the item ASAP. According to the conversation I returned the product on 11th June as it was delivered to me ( Return ID #RT[protected]. On 15th June Ajio pickup up the product from me after all checking. On 26th June I received a mail from Ajio that my refund is cancelled because the return item is not an ajio product.
Is it a joke?! I know it is not the product which I ordered and that's why I returned it and now they are telling me that they are not refunding the money to me. It is a complete case of cheating.
