I have purchased seven garments with order id FL[protected] on 03.11.21 on AJIO. The pincode of delivery address was wrong. So I couldn't get delivery of that order. Among the orders only three items has been returned by courrier and got refund amount. But four items showing order out of delivery by xpressbee courrier service from 11.10.21. There service is so poor that they haven't returned the item till date ie 03.11.21. and money has not been refunded. I complain several times to AJIO and they said it will be resolved soon.
