Dear sir, 24th aug: order placed fl[protected] 2nd sept: ajio sent wrong item in damaged packaging. As requested by ajio, sent pictures. Return order accepted. 3rd sept: return picked up by ajio for refund. But refund, not processed. Multiple follow ups for refund. Verbal misinformation provided by ajio agents. Refund date delayed continuously. Countless hours wasted on phone calls. 10th sept: ajio agent ruben confirms “refund will be processed by 12:43 p. M. 11th september “verbally. On calling ajio again, senior agent zhuben khan provides more misinformation and then hangs up after keeping on long hold. Call length 2 hours! 14th sept: nushat fathima, apologies and sends an email confirming refund will be done on or before 16th september. 16th september: on call they apologize and ask for one more day to process refund, yet again. 17th sept: on calling, they keep telling to wait but on insisting for escalation and asking to speak to customer manager narsimha, he says they will not refund and send their wrong product back to me and hangs up. They are not processing refund even after promising to do so on record. There agents are conveniently calling each other liar. They’re taking a high-handed approach. A quick internet search shows they’re well known for holding & denying peoples refunds at will. This is to inform you that we have purchased a shirt & pant from Ajio but received a t- shirt instead of a shirt.. So, we put it in return. Executive came and said product code is not matching and we cannot accept this. We told him we have received the wrong product, that is why product code is not matching. But he denied and went off. For pant, due to size issues and we put them on in return too. But again the same problem happened, the pick up boy said product code is not matching.
We have been facing this problem for the last 20 days. If you guys won't be able to help your customer or are not interested in changing/replacing the irrelevant product then inform us directly, We always receive auto calls that product cannot be returned.
Very bad experience with Ajio.
