Ajio — complaint for refund

I have ordered paper bag waist pants with order id fl78034313
The material was good
I returned it back due to size problem
Company told me whenever product will be picked up they will refund me on or before 12th september
Pick has been done
They r not returning my money
N whenever i email the customer service they say we have raised a complaint
Never got this type of service
Other companies have a better service than this
I'm really fed up of sending them email
Now they are saying to wait more
They have only a big name bt customer service is worst
