I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Shopping
The issue that I have experienced was: As I have ordered a product from ajio, they have delivered a completely different product from the image shown in the website i.e(colour and model). As I have raised n number of complaints with the ajio customer support I didn’t get my refund or exchange of the product. Please help me out getting my refund or exchange as my return/exchange period is closed.
