I got damaged bellies and put for exchanged Ajio cancelled the order and the return date got lapsed.
First think while delivering bellies usually it will be in a box as such good packing was not done
Then i received the damaged product put for exchange and on the date the return window closed they have cancelled that exchange now i am unable to return or use that product
Either take this product back and give me the refund.
So i raised the complaint this prestigious Ajio customer care as usual raised a complaint and the day after received the message your issue is closed reason was unable to reach over phone. For name sake they called me means gave me a miss call and cut the phone is a single ring. At that time phone was in my hand when I try to it take they cut .suddenly message came after it.
Raised the complaint 4 times same thing happened but they didn't try calling me.
I tried calling customer care via registered number was unable to connect they even blocked my number I understood this when I tried with other number the executive attended the phone. I gave a huge lot of applause. Raised a complaint same this happened on next day.
I need my money back or exchange me the product.
