Ajio — Deduction of money without placing order

I ordered for a shirt then due to some adress issues i canceled it and they give me the refund .then i reordered the same shirt the order is not placed yet and my money was deducted from my account .i send around 30 mails and call to the customercare service there is no reply from them .very shameful thief app

Updated by Arya Rajeevan1234 The problem was solved today .i got my money back.i send an email to the grievance officer of ajio then i got a sudden response .they resolved my problem
