I ordered a product of ₹659 with order ID : FL[protected] on 8th September 2021 by making payment partially by UPI (₹317) and Ajio Wallet point (₹334) and rest Relaince point. I was expected to deliver it 16th of September but No one come for delivery and Status of delivery changed to delivery attempted after that I made multiple complaints at Ajio customer care yet not action is taken and my product is not delivered. They only says that we will try to reach you and give you the product. After that my product automatically RTO or return Locked, in this time no delivery attempted. Now they cancelled my order change the status to delivery unsuccessful. Now they refunded partial money as my Ajio point have expiry point I put that also to the complaint but they are not refunding it. As It's is done at their end though they are not accepting it.
I have raised in total 6 complaint yet not satisfied my delivery and refund.
I need to talk to elaborate more that how much I have been gone through
