Ajio — Didn't delivered

Hi
Im Karthikeyan, i have booked an order with id #FN[protected]. I want to receive the order by yesterday itself but the timewas extended to today, but i haven't received upto now, ...where is the delay? Could you please check with this and deliver my order ASAP. Because this is the order for birthday celebration.. the birthday is very near by.
