I have raised an issue regarding the product, its use, it's quality, it's product description and quality assurance. Inspite of every wrong information by the company platform is not taking the complaint in the right direction. It is harrassing the complainant for choosing platform for shopping needs. In the name of resolution return pick-up was scheduled however Delivery executive denied the pickup without listening. It was a used product listed already in the complaint that without daily use shoe sole came out it is hardly 10days o[censored]se. This is not the way of handling grevience?? Are we sitting for taking this ###??
What kind of resolution is this?? Was i not clear in my complain?? Product images and invoice?? What more is required. Over it i already spoke to catbird company executive his discussion was also attached.. Highly disappointed. Is it the cost of trusting ajio and products listed?? Hated the overall so called resolution and product experience
