My original order 14 Nov 20211 of a pant Netplay Slim fit chinos with order id FL[protected] and I got that item on 22 Nov 2021 but size was big to me that is 36 and hence I have done exchange same item to 34 size on 26 Nov 2021 with Return & Exchange Id RT51585301.
But today on 23 Dec 2021 I have not received 34 size item and 36 size item is still lying with me.
I have done 4 complaint since then but there is no single reply form AJIO or delivery partner.
This is unprofessional behavior from AJIO and I will stop to buy any item of Reliance group and will make this post in twitter and socially live.
Hope Ajio will deliver my exchange product soon.
