I have done some purchased last week from Ajio. Today (19th June 2023) i received one call stating that i got some free offer and out of 5, i can select one (like iphone, fridge, TV etc.). The number from which i received call is [protected]. I called AJIO's cutomer care center on 19th June around 21:43 and Mr Guatam has been assigned to hear my complaint. He didnt pick up my query and refuse to lock my complaint. It means AJIO is not bothered to hear the issues being faced by the customer. I asked him to register my concern, so that your team can take appropriate action, but that guy ignored my issue. I will take out all my data from AJIO and request AJIO to delete my data from their database. As i do not trust you customer care and your data privacy policy. Thank you!
