Ajio — fake product delivered

Ordered a superdry shoe
Went for an exchange because of the size
Delivery boy refused to exchange because the tag was missing, which was not provided to me initially because the shoe was a fake one
I constantly called and e-mail’d ajio for the same problem
All they said was sorry and will do something about it
After 10 days of waiting they said that you have to put an exchange order again and go through the same process all over again and were not accepting that it was their fault
