Ajio — False Assurance

I had order two gold products from Ajio app (order number FN[protected] and FN[protected]) on 16th November 2024. On 20th November, the delivery was going to happen and during the delivery I noticed that the unique product code mentioned on Ajio app were not matching with the actual products. I had called Ajio support team on this issue and asked them whether I can accept it or refuse. As per there confirmation since the code was not matching I refused the delivery and ajio team had also assured that again they will be delivering the product and I had also told them to not cancel since the gold price had increased by that time. Later without delivery they are telling as per their policy they have canceled it. Firstly they had given false assurance that product will be delivered again and later they have cancelled the product when the gold price went high. There is fraud happening from ajio side.
