Ajio — Formal Complaint: Refund Amount Incorrectly Labeled as Promotional Points Immediate Resolution Required

I am owed a refund of ₹1, 390.08, which was credited to my AJIO Wallet. However, despite multiple clarifications, your customer service team continues to insist this is a promotional amount, which is incorrect. I have made it clear several times that this is not promotional credit, but a legitimate refund from a previous transaction.

Each time, I receive a standard response claiming that the balance is promotional and non-transferable, which is both misleading and frustrating. No one seems to be reviewing the previous communication or making an effort to resolve the issue properly.
