This is regarding a satya paul scarfs that I purchased from ajio on 17th August of Rs. 3634, and was delivered on 19 th August 2021.The order was cash on delivery. I had receive 2 parcels i.e. I received the first parcel which had ajio packing for which I paid but didn't opened at that time and after one hour i received the another one which was again from ajio.After this I opened both the parcels. But the first one was the fraud one in which I received Trifala churan and had already paid the amount..and another one was correct, was having my scarfs so I had to pay for that as well.
I instantly put a complaint for this on that day itself for double charge and leak of personal information

They told that it will get resolved within 10-15 days, but it did not got resolved and they closed it without any resolution.
This is happening every time we complaint and they say to wait for 10 more days but issue is never resolved
