On 7th order I have ordered items in Ajio worth Rs 2959, I did not receive updates from Ajio till I asked them they said there is 'lockdown restriction around warehouse area' and took my complaint twice, and said will be resolved by 2nd Nov. There was no update from their side when I called they said they cannot deliver the items. Now I cannot cancel the order either in website or mobile app. They again took a complaint please note a third compliant. The amount is big. I want my money back at the earliest.
