I ordered gold jewellery via online AJOI app on 26-Jan-2021 order id FL[protected] . Inspite of multiple complaints nothing is sorted, I did not receive the jewellery nor the refund of money. I had raised a complaint in consumer complaints forum then I got a reply that they will sort out by 19-Apr-2021, But even now nothing is closed. Please help.
