Ajio — Haven't received refund

My order ID:#FL[protected] and
return ID:#RT43467043
I have returned the product on 19/08/21 but haven't received even a message saying my return was successful & It is shown in the app that the status of order was out for pick up but i have already returned it and NOT YET RECEIVED REFUND OF AMOUNT ₹590/-
PLEASE INITIATE THE REFUND.
