Ajio — I am complaining about return and refund policy of Ajio app

I purchased two items from the Ajio app (a floral wovern soft silk saree and a Zari-woven saree with tassels). The first item arrived on April 12, 2023, with its price tag, but the second arrived on April 15, 2023, without it. And after receiving the product, I discovered that the quality is poor and returned it right away. However, when the Ajio Delivery agent boy arrived to pick up and verify the product, he refused to accept it because the price tag was missing. I informed him that I had not received a price tag or information about where I could obtain the product. However, he denied and cancelled the retuyrn. Immediately, I sent an email to Ajio customer service, and when I called, only a system generated voice advised me that returning would be done only through the app, but did not specify how, and no one (customer care executive) from that side responded to my query.They emailed me and instructed me to return the product by going to the disclaimer option in the account section and selecting "missing of price tag." When I went to the account section, I couldn't find a disclaimer option. I reschedule the return with the help of YouTube and manually type the reason "missing of price tag." But, once again, they refused to pick up my return, claiming that I had given the incorrect reason. They did this to me several times. I've been suffering from this for 10 days and have been following up on my return via mail on a regular basis. They did not pick up my return or refund my money.
