This refers to a Cash On Delivery order I placed with Ajio on 25th June 2020 with order ID FL[protected].
I received a parcel on 1st July 2020 with my name and address on the package and a part of the items in the order placed with amount 4633/- which i paid to the delivery guy in cash (as requested)
however, on opening the parcel i found out that the products inside were wrong and more so the invoice inside the packet belonged to someone else. I had ordered baby clothes and instead had received some pairs of trousers. i tried returning the parcel but my account said that the products had not reached me and in fact had been returned to the sender because of delivery issues - so the return option isn't available. I was stuck with the parcel at hand.
Ever since i have called your unresponsive customer care many times - everyday they open the issue, assure me that the resolution will be done, and close the issue the same day showing it as resolved without even contacting me or intimating me. It seems that AJIO wants to just cheat its customers and take money.
I have written 1000 mails - the only response I get is that we are working to resolve the issue. I think you should simply close the email ID and tell your customers that we cannot resolve your issue and that once we take your money it is ours even if we deliver the product to you or not.
More than a month with no sign of my money being returned or the correct products reaching me, only false assurances that it will be resolved at the earliest. the only resolution that is happening is the complaint is automatically closed by your useless staff who are least bothered to actually resolve any issue. and only concerned with their own resolution no.s.
This has become highly frustrating and I have lost complete faith in the credibility of your website. You messed up at your end and now have no intention to rectify it. and if this is how you want to start cheating customers to make up for the lost business, then i would strongly advise against placing orders with this portal.
As of date I have cancelled all my pending orders. and have no intention of placing any orders in the future and also spread the word through social networks of how ajio cheats its customers with no one willing to take responsibility or give service.
Your customer care is the most useless i have ever seen as compared with any other etailer. it's the worst ever with worst ever response time.It seems like no one is bothered about the customer.
