Ajio — I have initiated return my ordered product but it's not picked yet

I have received my ordered product on 27th July 2021, I have initiated return on that, it's 2time unsuccessful.now it's on going to pick up but nobody picked-up still now.there is no return option visible in ajio app .pls take my request
