Ajio — I placed an order but it got cancelled and the amount has been paid by my bank to ajio team.

I placed an order, refrence no.[protected]. But It got cancelled due to some technical error. The amount has been paid by my bank but my ajio app shows the order has not been placed and the items are in the cart itself. While contacting the bank they responded that they have made the payment. I should talk to the merchent. Do let me know about the order or refund. Or what to do.
